The man working at the pool bar and in the restaurant at night was also fantastic (we unfortunately don’t remember his name). He was extremely professional and even remembered our favorite food and drinks every time. They are all simply the best! We are truly grateful to all of them for making our holiday so special. The hospitality at Metta is unrivaled. From the moment we walked in and were welcomed by Mr. Andy and Mr. John, we were treated with such care and kindness. Thank you so much also to Ms. Jenny, Ms. June, Mr. Vichet, and Ms. Phary :) The resort is in a beautiful setting, it feels like a lush oasis. The rooms are impeccable and the pool is the perfect place to cool down after sight seeing. We really appreciated the free remorque into town as well as the recommendation for activities. Breakfast spread and coffee service were great and happy hour too. Zero complaints

Beautiful property with well maintained grounds. With 34 units, it was the perfect size to experience a personalized and peaceful stay. I wish it were closer to the city center to enjoy a walk into town. That said, the hotel offers free one way shuttle to either Market or Pub Street, and anywhere else for an additional $1.

Loved the staff and restaurant and bar. Staff couldnt have been more helpful and friendly. Massage a real bonus private pool was very cold

The staff is incredible - taking care of all of our needs. The team paid attention to the smallest details making our stay exceptional. The staff found out we were heading out early for a sunset tour and packed a breakfast for us - we didn't ask for it but it was waiting at the front desk. The restaurant food and the team do a terrific job. The spa staff make you feel comfortable and the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. Nothing.

Beautiful hotel with nicest staff you could dream of (and when English is not perfect their willingness to help makes up for it). Food is good and breakfast is delicious. Massages were very good! Location is a bit far from city center which provides a bit of calm / peace. The hotel offers free of charge tuk-tuk ride to go there at night!

A very warm, hospitable and helpful staff, particularly Mr. Chan who was very friendly, hospitable helpful and smiling face. The Suite I had booked was large and comfortable. The Spa was very good and massage provided very nice. Maintenance of property wsn't upto the mark. There was no anti slippery surface in and around open bathroom provided and so it was very slippery. I After bath, I slipped and had bad fall and it could have resulted in serious situation in a foreign land. Fortunately, I wasn't hurt much but the hotel needs to pay attention to such details to avoid their guests from facing such health hazards.

The room was very spacious and the pool was great to relax by after a day of sight seeing. The staff were friendly and helpful Felt very safe to go for a walk around the community. There was limited options at breakfast for a person who was vegan.

I loved everything about this place! Such a beautiful place that gives forest/tropical vibes. The restaurant service and food quality is delicious. The spa here was the best thing to do especially after a long day of exploring/activities. The staff is all friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Honestly I enjoyed the Air conditioning a lot too. It’s also very clean and the bed is comfortable as well.

It is an amazing hotel. Nice and quiet, but still very close to the center of Siem Reap. The pool is very nice, larger than it looked on the pictures we saw. The food is also very good, but the best are the people working there. They are very friendly, helpful and the service is very personal. We had a room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, easily enough for 5 people (without extra beds).
