From the moment the arranged Tuk Tuk drivers picked us up with a name on a placard, to the essential oil infused cold face cloth & fresh peach juice upon arrival to the moment we got escorted to the driver to take us to the airport, everything was perfect! Absolutely nothing, no complaints whatsoever

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was on a timer that turned off after an hour, so on hot nights, I had to keep waking up to turn it back on.

The pool was nice and cool. It allowed for easy swimming and relaxation. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and clean environment. The only thing I didn’t like was there was only one outlet on one side of the bed. There was another outlet but under the table on the other side of the room. It is okay and not a big inconvenience.

Great location, amazing-friendly staff, tour options available if asked, nice breakfast, very cozy and feels more like a home rather than hotel. Some bathroom amenities were built a bit odd, such as wash basin water can get wet, tub is too big. No elevator if staying above the ground floor. Expect to carry luggage on your own, pack light.

The location is excellent, I can easily walk to to nearby area without needing to book a grab. The staff is friendly, and the price is reasonable. The room feels comforting because of its big windows that overlook the plants.

Location was excellent, a short stroll to the markets and Pub Street. The beds, pillows and room were also comfortable and spacious. The shower was exellent. Bruno and his staff were friendly and excellent to communicate with for any request or information we needed for tours or things to do in Siem Reap. We loved our stay at Five Senses and would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Close to everything and very nice accommodations. They served breakfast right there We liked everything about the property!

You can get help if ask Bruno - the owner - to get tickets, excursions.... You can find everything in the market, some hundreds steps from here. You can use a huge bathtub in the room, with enough space for 2 big people! As it is close to the market, sometimes it is louder, but I slept well.

Room was clean, relatively spacious and had good shower and water pressure. Bed was very comfy and the room was modern. Staff were really inattentive. Basically useless for anything which you'd expect help with. They didn't bother attempting to help with luggage to the room (there's no lift). Nor did they help take it to the tuk tuk or taxi. They block the entrance to the hotel with bikes at night, which is stupid, because they have a little driveway area they use throughout the day, so no reason why they can't just be left there overnight. They always smiled and welcomed us back, but requests weren't fulfilled. There are mosquitoes absolutely everywhere. They need one of those UV zappers desperately on each floor and in the lobby. We didn't veg breakfast, but I imagine it would have been hell. They hover around the room doors and enter when you enter. Some easy fixes to this hotel to make it an easy 9/10.

We loved everything about The Five Senses. Bruno set everything up for us before we arrived and our tours were amazing. Breakfast was good. The neighborhood is very nice. Easy walk to Pub Street but across the river so quieter at night. We would definitely return to stay again.

The room was spacious, with a cute balcony and a nice bathroom. It was clean and really comfortable. The owner is very kind and helpful, he gave me tips and suggestions for my tours and visits.

Bruno is a a welcoming and warm host. Always available to help and give a lots of advice and information for visiting Siem Reap and surrounding. He can help you with your itinerary and journey in Cambodia and speak French! Motorbike available for a few dollars. Wonderful hotel , well located , clean. Merci encore Bruno Nothing

The Staff are lovely and the breakfast was great. The room was very smelly, very unpleasant to sleep in.

The location and the friendly staff. I also recommend this hotel for French speakers who barely speak English or just prefer to be immersed in a french speaking environment. Monsieur Bruno will ensure you have a pleasant stay ! None. But I suggest to upgrade the swimming pool.
