I had a wonderful stay at Siem Reap Chilled Backpacker Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was relaxed and perfect for meeting other travelers. The location was convenient, with easy access to many attractions, restaurants, and markets. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool and common areas. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap!

The location is not the best. Not stores near that are open late. But everything else is good.

The location was around 15 minutes to the walking street. The room I rented in the photographs had a broken door knob and they downgraded me to a moldy, smelly room. The next day, I noticed the good room door knob was fixed but they didn't move me. Instead, they had already rented it to someone else.

Nothing Can't tell me and my local girlfriend got kicked out because first room AC was not cooling and we hot offered second room with same problem then the guy got aggressive and yelled at us in the middle of the night

Open 24/7, but reception not always available and the doors to the dorm are not locked, meaning anyone could walk in anytime. Rooms are also not the cleanest, but good enough. Luckily there are lockers and reception sells locks. But again, it is all a very fair deal considering the cheap price for a night.

I stayed there for 4 nights and the room barely got cleaned throughout those days. They just changed bed sheets. The bathroom didn’t get cleaned at all and no toilet paper or soap was being refilled. The pool is nice but no sun gets in there. Only in a small corner so everyone gathers in that corner.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The hostel has a pool, cafeteria, and offers tours and transfers around Cambodia. Dorms are comfy with privacy covers, outlets, and lockers. Bathrooms are clean and well-equipped. It’s quiet at night, and they let you store luggage after checkout. Highly recommend.

Locations wasn’t near Pub street. Must take Tuk Tuk. This hostel doesn’t provide a key for the locker which you must find a store to buy at unknown area. They said outside store but wasn’t clear which store I can buy it

room size is good, peaceful & quite. The main tourist market is not that near by but its not that far way as well. Brush& toothpaste & comb in washroom was excellent touch. however, it would be awesome if shampoo can be given as well. Pool is small but good to have, restaurant inside is nice touch Tours prices a little pricey from neighborhood properties. for late check out even that's maximum till 6 PM charging half day rent is a little expensive, it should be pro rata basis with a little fee and charging 3% extra if paying by cards was surprising because i did not witness it anywhere else in Cambodia even while shopping from small shops or eating from small restaurants.

I’ve stayed at The Siem Reap Chilled Backpacker three times now, and every visit has been just as amazing as the first! The staff are super friendly and always go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location is perfect close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the facilities are well-maintained. I especially love the pool area it’s such a great spot to chill out after exploring the temples. This place truly lives up to its name! I’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommended for backpackers or anyone looking for a fun and comfortable stay in Siem Reap.

Staff were really friendly, clean bathrooms/beds/etc., nice spot with a pool and decent pool table. The 2010s pop music playing near the bar began to feel like a torture device after the first 36 hours.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, very helpful staff that can organise tuk tuk for you for Ankgor Wat, bike rental, location without noise.

The facilities were the fine it was the staff that was the problem I asked the receptionist to look after my bag. She said that they didn’t have room near the reception so that I should move my bag to the table in front of them and they would look after it. I come back at the end of the day to find out 1000$ had been taken from my bag. The receptionist did not in fact look after my bag and “coincidentally” they weren’t any cameras where she told me to leave the bag. I would never in my life return to this place and I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone ever!
