Angkor Rithy Residence

Nothing I booked this property and the owner contacted me regarding the arrival and all other things. Even I also tried to book tuk tuk for siem reap day tour. But suddenly at around 9pm just before I’m reaching the hotel. He told me to look for another hotel. Because no rooms available in his hotel. He forced me to the cancel the booking from my side. He threatened me that he will put no show, If I didn’t cancel the booking. It was very pathetic situation for me. I struggled to find new hotel at 9pm with my baggages. He may got a better chargeable customer. Because of that he didn’t allowed me to check in. He was shamelessly threatening to forcing me to cancel the booking from my side. So when you are nooking with this hotel ready to accept these kinda situations

Nice place, we got the best room with the balcony, relatively clean, decent location but probably just too far to walk from the Old town Although our room was nice another couple checked in at the same time as us and didn’t like their room so went to stay somewhere else. I think there is a big difference between some of the rooms. The bed was also very uncomfortable

Nice design Floor was all dirty but we were asked to take off our shoes before entered We just arrived and we didn’t have changes to tip the guy, so he became very unfriendly towards us, the next day we were asking him for an extra blanket, he didn’t want to give us at the beginning, we insisted a lot then he finally did, and refused to offer us a few more clothes hanger No hair dryer provided Bed edges too sharp bumped bruise many times
