Everything! It was a beautiful resort. My room was pool level with pool view. The pool was amazing. The staff was wonderful! They even accommodated my late departure kindly. I can’t say enough-great place to stay. I would love if they had access to meals all day vs only breakfast. For purchase only…

EVERYTHING! From so welcoming and warm staff, to cosy nice clean room, and great breakfast, and also we got the best possible tuk-tuk driver mister Ben for our Angkor visit. Only compliments for this place.

The price was right, and after I informed them I would like to check.in early the made it happen The place is nice for sure but a few things could be nicer ,grounds could be better ,pool area is nice and clean ,mattresses were perfect ,nice large bed The bathroom was nice separate shower The fact there is no restaurant on site not sure why this is happening in siem reap ,not all guests want to leave and go eat elsewhere, sometimes after checking in its easier to just grab something at the hotel ,as well when people arrive later in the afternoon it would be very helpful to have some options in the hotel

The vibe of the hotel was good, the property was well maintained. The swimming pool was good. The breakfast options though limited, were good. A few mosquitoes in the room

It is a nice hotel. Nice decor, lovely reception. Big bathroom. Our room was next to pool, which was nice. Breakfast and coffee was pretty standard

Excellent location. It's not too far from the downtown/Pub Street Area. There is a Tuk Tuk always onhand. The staff are super friendly and the rooms are good value for money. We had spent two weeks at the hotel and were well looked after. We were surprised by the manager with a nice bottle of Red :).

Lovely pool and huge rooms in a quiet location. Short Tuktuk ride away from the centre and Angkor wat Could be slightly closer to restaurant and cafes etc

The pool was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

I had an amazing stay at this peaceful hotel just outside the busy center of Siem Reap. Surrounded by lush greenery, it’s a perfect spot to relax, with a refreshing pool and a quiet atmosphere. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They arranged a tuk-tuk driver for me to visit Angkor Wat and Tonlé Sap, and I couldn’t recommend Mr. Kong more. He was friendly, reliable, and happy to adjust the itinerary to fit my plans. If you’re looking for a calm retreat with great service, this is the place to stay!

The room I had was very comfortable, plenty of space and a huge bed. . The setting is very nice indeed, out of the centre so it's quiet at night but 5 mins by tuk tuk to the centre of SR. It's a really nice hotel and I would stay there again. Kids being allowed to play in the pool at 6:45 am, and making a noise as kids do but this is too early. The hotel staff should have at least asked them or the parents to be quiet. I ended up shouting out to shut up at 7am from my balcony!

Pool, peaceful and very pleasant service. Flexible with check out given I stayed only for 16 hours. ? Bed was too firm for me.

Good location and a lovely pool. Charged $85 for a sub par room. No pool view. No balcony. No bath. All my other friends who had booked their rooms and paid slightly less, however they all had poolside rooms or extra facilities. Mine was a room that looked out onto the carpark, that was it.

We loved the location and absolutely enjoyed the pool—it was awesome! The pricing was fantastic, especially for the drinks, massages, and bar—very reasonable compared to other hotels. The overall vibe was amazing and offered excellent value for the price! The breakfast selection was underwhelming, especially for vegetarians. The room we stayed in felt a bit rundown - wall stains and damp issues, and the cleanliness left much to be desired—it seemed like the bathroom had been overlooked, with no conditioner provided and a blocked drain. The hot water was inconsistent, fluctuating between scorching and cold. The property, while offering great value for the price, doesn’t quite meet 4-star standards. It seems like it needs some tender loving care, as it feels like it’s been a bit neglected. That said, the place has massive potential if given the attention it deserves.

Fantastic staff and beautiful rooms and pool area. Breakfast is fantastic with several options.
