I loved our room I wasn’t expecting it to be so nice . Our beds were comfortable the pool and gym was great . Staff was very nice and accommodating. Definitely will stay again . Close to lots of restaurants also

Excellent stay each time. Checking in, cleansing of the room,and breakfast is always a plus. The staff is the bonus!

I dod not stay because you booked me into a hotel without availability. Fortunately, the hotel phoned to announce the error. Booking.com has yet to even acknowledge the very costly mistake. Booking.com sending me on a wild goose chase.

We loved everything about it. Would definitely stay again. Going to try another location pray we get the same at a different location.

Breakfast was decent, location per se a bit sketchy but close to the University of Maryland as I needed it to be. Clean rooms. AC was not easy to set. Ventilation in the bathroom non existent and humidity just lingered into the room forever. Windows don't open even a bit to make room less stuffy. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Gym and laundry area in the same space separated by just a wall, so not a very private gym session.

The room accommodated the family. They were pleased with the space.

Exceptional

The room was clean a day staff helful. Breakfast did not have much. I left with no Breakfast because the pancake maker left parts of the mix uncooked. There was not much help there and nothing else that looked appetizing.
