The room accommodated the family. They were pleased with the space.

The room was clean a day staff helful. Breakfast did not have much. I left with no Breakfast because the pancake maker left parts of the mix uncooked. There was not much help there and nothing else that looked appetizing.

System was down when we checked out so I couldn't get a receipt

Staff, spaciousness of the rooms, pool, facilities. First room had leaky sink, they moved me to another room with a ripped couch, garbage under sink full from last tenant.

Conveniently located right off 495.

Cleanliness Breakfast not the best and limited. Fruits recycled and tasteless Juices tasted like mixed powder flavour

Clean, comfortable hotel with well equipped kitchenette and decent (free) breakfast.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It’s a little steep in price at least when I booked it was but I loved the room layout. It was super spacious and the kitchen was helpful! The breakfast in the morning was actually the best free breakfast I’ve had at a hotel thus far. I’d definitely come back

Hotel was clean and amenities were fantastic. Very family friendly and the staff are great.

The smell when you enter to the room wasn't great. But they were able to change the room for us.

Staff 1) Bed seemed more like full vs queen sz; 2)There needs to be a lamp on/over desk. Poor lighting over desk, which makes it difficult to read, work, etc.

Location Other customers smoke weed and the floors had a strong smell even a warning sign says “ this is a 100% free smoke floor” but it was not.

Someone from the front desk came and told me the drain was very clogged. I explained that I had woken up very early for my appointment and urgently needed to use a shower in another room. After some time, they gave me a key to a smaller room on the same third floor, but when I turned on that shower, the same thing happened—the water would not drain. I had to wash myself in parts as best as I could, without fully stepping into the shower. Then I ran back down the hallway to my original room to get dressed because I was already late. I ended up missing my important appointment and didn’t even have time for breakfast. When I explained to the front desk agent that the entire purpose of my trip had been ruined, she simply said, “I noted the issue with the bathroom.” I did not pay a low price for this stay, only for the purpose of my trip—after traveling so far—to be completely ruined. It is unacceptable that two bathrooms had the same issue; clearly, proper maintenance was not done. This situation ruined my trip, and it felt like no one cared.
