    The staff showed no empathy or professionalism, leaving us stranded late at night after hours on the road. A reservation should actually mean something, but apparently not at this hotel. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before booking here. Unreliable service, poor customer care, and a complete lack of respect for guests. Extremely disappointing experience.

    The amenities were clean, and for the price I feel that i go what I payed for. Where this quality in is located is also pretty central to the city which was very nice. There was plenty of parking as well. The property does not present as modern as it looks in the photos, the furniture and style are partially outdated. There were a couple times where our key card stopped working for no reason and we had to go back to the front desk in order to resolve the issue. There was also a lot of noise that happened through out the night as well.

    While my daughter and granddaughter were visiting with me, we went to the pool for a swim. After about an hour, the desk employee brought a standing sign and placed it by the gate, facing the gate, away from where we were. The printed sign read that all registered guests had to pay $10 per person per day to have non guests use the pool. I’ve seen only two people use the pool during the 4 days I’ve been there.

    Nothing The owner/manager was racist. Falsely accused me of smoking in my room. Yelled and threatened to call the police on me and when I agreed for law enforcement to be called he wanted to the give me a refund to leave the hotel like I was a issue. I was only there for a night on a 3 day booking. I was there on a work assignment. I even asked if he wanted to come in the room when we first made contact. He woke me up out my sleep with false claims and no apology. Poorly renovated, horrible breakfast we walk to the waffle house.

    The rooms smelled like dirty mop water. The linens had visible stains. The chair had fabric peeling all over the arms.

    Was assigned a room and when I opened the door there were clothes and boots on the bed. When I went to the front desk I was finally assigned a bottom floor which I requested to start with. Also found I was given a non upgraded room when I paid for an upgraded room. When I asked to receive a refund for the difference I was told no. I will not be staying here again.

    The big kitchen counter area for food prep! The updated floors and bed area. Great price compared to other motels. Tub needs a shower mat for safety.

    Customer service was awful, I also got told by my friend that checked in before me that they were going to cancel my reservation. For what? It says check in is after 3pm and my son had a game at TN and I had to drive to SC and had to make a stop. Either way, the day before they called me to ask me what time I was arriving Sat, which I think its weird. But the late at reception was a 0
