Loved the experience and the staff was extremely helpful. Bathroom was enormous. Loved the bathtub and shower head. Good size room as well. Staff were extremely helpful and allowed for a later checkout.

Clean and comfortable bedding.

The hotel was nice and the beds were really comfortable, only complaint is the pool was really cold!

Will definitely stay here again!

The place was really clean and had unique decor and the room had high ceilings and the ice water was accessible. The pool was the right temperature too.

This was a great stay with a perfect room! I really appreciated that they have a carbon monoxide detector in each room and that every room had up to date appliances. The staff was friendly and the workout room and breakfast area was nice too!

The Glo Best Western in Sioux Falls is a great value. The location is great in a newer part of town with restaurants, shopping, grocery, a movie theater, and a small casino nearby. Front desk and housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. A full hot breakfast is available. Beer and wine are available for a minimal charge. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed a cocktail in the comfortable lobby area one evening. The best thing was that there were plenty of pillows and very comfortable beds. We highly recommend this hotel when visiting Sioux Falls.

It was a great rate, safe location, great breakfast, clean hotel, & everyone was friendly. My only reason for the lower rating was my room. It was stuffy & didnt feel clean. The whole bed smelled, even thought the bedding appeared clean. The pillows looked like small throw pillows stuffed into pillow cases that were folded over. The sink didn’t drain well either. Maybe it wasn’t used in awhile but it was just off. I mentioned it to the staff & they seemed to really want to address it.

Great location near plenty of gas, coffee, and stores. Clean hotel good breakfast. However the pool was freezing… so cold it was almost unbearable to swim but my kids pushed through but still ended up getting out after about 30 minutes.

The shower door would not shut all the way because the seal at the bottom was damaged. This resulted in water running out of the shower onto the tile making the floor slick. This could be a safety issue for an older person.

This was a very clean hotel with basic amenities provided. Best you could ask for in a budget, family friendly hotel - could not be more complimentary in that regard! Some suggestions would be to provide better bathroom lighting and a full length mirror. Fo

It was a great stay!!

The property is really nice. Clean. Rooms are small and putting luggage anywhere for 2 people is a challenge. Bed, linens and pillows are comfy and feel a step-above from other hotels. The shower is amazing. Breakfast is the same as most other hotels.
