Hotel On Phillips

Very nice hotel, very clean, unique lobby, nice size rooms. Easy walk to shops and restaurants, close to the river trail for running or other exercise. Would stay here again.

This is the best place to stay in downtown Sioux Falls!! Have stayed multiple times and have never been disappointed! Staff is awesome-location awesome! Treasury bar is a must!

During our stay, the elevators had some issues.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is really friendly. The beds were so comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located downtown, so we could walk everywhere. The hotel also provided a shuttle to the music event we went to, which was just a bonus. If the treasury was open on a Sunday

A wonderful hotel - clever restored bank. Beautiful room with unexpected extras. The lounge was a great place for a glass of wine and a bite to eat. However, the only thing available for breakfast was bakery and coffee - not a good start to the day when you're traveling. Loved the ease of walking to the many restaurants, shops, etc. Sioux Falls is a beautiful city with many outdoor eating places and lots of art.

My flight was severely delayed and staff picked me up at 2:30 AM with a smile and good cheer. Great job!

Can't wait to go back to this hotel! The staff were great and the room was elegant with a nod to the property's history while also providing thoughtful, modern amenities. Loved it! Also free parking on site made exploring the sites of Sioux Falls easy and convenient!

Great room and clean. Lots of history in the building. It’s downtown so Friday and Saturday’s can be a bit noisy outside at night but the hotel supply’s ear plugs. Also parking can be a problem, not to many outside parking stalls.

Staff were very professional and friendly!

If you want to experience downtown Sx Falls, there is no better place to stay. You are in between the actual downtown and the falls landing.

Unique and beautiful hotel! Love the bar and great view of the river. Loved having everything within walking distance. HIGHLY recommend walking to and having dinner at Roots of Brasil!! We will be back!!

Excellent hotel in downtown Sioux Falls, good for couples. Has a themed bar in an old bank vault and a bakery/coffee shop for breakfast. Has onsite and valet parking.
