Nice place. We had a nice view of Lake Lorraine and walked around it.

Overall was very clean ad very nice rooms - when we saw people they were pleasant. My biggest disappointment would be it advertises 24/7 food and that is not accurate. The restaurants stop serving at 9 and there is no alcohol. Beer and wine is not a good only option for a hotel and food only until 9 doesn't work.

It appears to be very clean however our room had old rotten food left in the fridge and the pull out sleeper had blood on the mattress and the staff was less than helpful at understanding our concerns for cleanliness

Very comfortable beds. Clean. Great room size. Water pressure was very low. No luggage carts made it very difficult to bring in our things in multiple trips.

Breakfast buffet was disappointing, beige foods, broken toaster and etc. We would not be staying there again.

Beautiful hotel. Loved the pillows and bed after a long day of traveling. Loved the restaurant and bar next door. Our only issue that needs improvement. There were two women at check-in. The one that helped us wasn’t very welcoming. No hello. No smile. No “enjoy your stay”. She wasn’t mean or rude, just acted like we were an inconvenience to her. The other was very pleasant and helpful.

Great variety. Waffles and french toast was dry. Would be better made from scratch/fresh. Did not care for coffee it was bitter. I am a Caribou Coffee fan!

It was close to shopping centres and restaurants, and the lakefront property was amazing.

The lake view is a man made lake, if we had known that I would not have spent the extra money for this view!
