Great customer service! Very helpful!

Poor area and pool too cold. Worst breakfast ever.

Exceptional

Spacious rooms and generally clean. However, housekeeping was not great. We were out all morning and requested at front desk for our room to be cleaned and it was still not cleaned at 3pm.

Rooms were super clean, beds were very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was decent. Hot tub and pool were clean and nice. Area felt safe.

We lived our two bedroom room! Very spacious and affordable. Clean!

It’s quite a nice, clean room; the only problem is with the breakfast. Breakfast was pathetic. I think they need to stop serving breakfast because of their hygiene problems.

Breakfast could have been better but it was pretty standard. I didn’t like that I booked the hotel with the website stating that checkin was 3 and checkout was 12. Luckily I called to see about early check in and was told Check in wasn’t until 4.

I loved this stay. It was very clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff were very helpful. Great place to stay and I liked the kitchenette. They offer different appliances and seasonings we could use!

Quiet and clean

While the breakfast was minimal, the rest of the hotel was comfortable and lovely. Given how reasonable the price was, the room we stayed in surprised us -- it was clean, comfortable and pleasantly decorated pleasantly. We have added the chain to our list of first choices for when we travel.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean! We had to park in the restaurant next door parking when we arrived back at the hotel. There was not enough parking

It was a great place for us to stay while we were in Sioux Falls for my 50th high school reunion. Will stay there again if we need to visit Sioux Falls.

Everyone was amazing. The breakfast was fresh and wonderful everyday. They make it there and everyday was something different with a lot of choices. With my daughter’s allergies she still always had so many choices for breakfast. The entire hotel was clean and comfortable and you rarely heard anyone else when in your room. The location was perfect for getting around town to other places ti visit family and friends. They also have a grill outside for anyone to use as well as the cooktop, microwave, and toaster inside. We will definitely be staying here again.

Some problems at check-in with technology issues and how the room was to be paid for. The room was clean, the complimentary breakfast was pretty substantial, and the pool was clean as well.
