Location, excellent room, and a short good walk into town. Peaceful. Good basic breakfast. Nothing.

A good breakfast. Fabulous location being 5 mins from the beach and approx 15 mins walk from the town centre. Friendly staff and good facilities. Not much to not like.

Breakfast was great and all staff were helpful and attentive We were fine with the uphill walk to the hotel from the beach, but I would note some guests might find this difficult.

The resort is perfectly located slightly outside Skala town, silent, clean, well kept. The people are very kind. A swimming pool and a nice pool bar with a good choice of drinks and snacks/food is also there. Breakfast is decent although I have seen more choices for less price in other structures. Room 306 is big with a small functional kitchen and a nice balcony with sea view. Besides some negative comments we spent a nice time. Skala town with all it's restaurants, shops and bars is very close and generally food is good in that area. The only thing I didn't like in room 306 is the size of the bathroom and the little shower with plastic curtain. For the price of 165€ I expect a bigger bathroom with at least 90x90 shower with sliding door. The TV shows only a few greek channel while I expect some stranger channels too. Breakfast could have some more choices in terms of greek things (eg Bougatsa) and some more types of cheeses and cold cuts rather than only one cheese and one type of ham. All in all I think the price I paid is a bit too much for what I got.

Awesome views, swimming pool, good location in Scala, nice to have a pool bar and easy for taxis and busses to find you for excursions. Breakfast wasn’t great, and the staff weren’t very friendly.

1. Location: - it is near the beach - near the town of Scala and its street with all the shops and food ( but we never did the walk - always used the car for that distance ) - hotel is placed on a hill which gives the breath taking view ! 2. Service - younger part of the staff ( Son of the owner - friendly with a smile and happy to help all the time ). - room was clean, and was cleaned every day. - Towels from the floor was replaced daily. - Did not notice if/when bed sheets were replaced. 3. Space - Kitchen cabinet small but handy and clean, fridge also small but handy and clean. - The bed was good ( okish). ( read extra details in next section ) - The room size was adequate. - Balcony was spacious 1. Temperature in the room was 35C - measured with and IR camera ( real oven for humans ) - yes there is AC but that can work only if you are staying in the room since it needs the card that is bound to the room key. We did ask the owner to provide a second card that will allow to run the AC through the day so that when we come back to the room the teperature is bearable - we were denied with the notice that it would be a fire / electic failuer hazzard if AC is working while no person is present ( I can comment alot on this as I have degree in the feeld, but preffer to withold from non-constructive commments ) Short leson - be prepared to arrive in a room that is extremely hot and spend first few hours sweating. Also the AC was placed right above the bed and no matter how you would turn the airflow - it will always have one portion blowing on you - which means if you get asleep - be prepared for muscle ache in the morning. 2. The bathroom - the shower space was tiny and the curtain was not able to protect the rest of the bathroom getting all wet. 3. Bed / pillow - since there is question on the bed - bed itself was good - but pillows were hard and thick which left us sleeping with no pillows ( we did not ask for replacement to be fair. ) 4. Balcony had the external AC unit mounted near the floor pointing towards the table and the 2 chairs - which literally was feeling like sitting infront of a huge hairdrier 5. The swimming pool - First on all pictures in booking -there are 2 swimming pools shown - however - one one is in a private area of the property and guests can not use - would be nice to have that shown on the photos so that guests are not being mislead. The guest's pool was filled with salty water ( which I do not mind ) but the purity of the water was bad - water was foggy and whitish - compared to the private pool which was crystal clear.

The property was spotless clean, the staff were so friendly and accommodating We knew how long the walk would be into Skala but with the heat it was unbearable and the air con was not great.

The place is lovely and clean. The staff were really friendly. The beer is ice cold. Nothing, we had a great stay.

The rooms were very nice and spacious, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The walk to the beautiful beach was about 5 minutes and the water was crystal clear. We loved the location as it wasn't noise from skala town. The walk to the town was approx 15 mins and it's lovely to walk along the beach. The swimming pool was lovely and clean and very refreshing after a hot day. The beds were a bit hard but bearable.

Everything was lovely. Staff, breakfast, pool area, prices at the pool bar. Great break. The climb uphill to the room ?
