Superb

Hotel exceeded expectations in every way. Clean, modern, friendly staff. Rooms plenty big enough, air con worked well. Cleaned every day. 10 minute walk away from the centre of Skala. Lovely big infinity pool, lots of beds and towels. Would definitely recommend and will return at some point. Nothing!

The property is stunning, very elegant. The layout is beautiful, everything about it I loved. The hotel reception is very stylish and is a cool tranquil area to sit and relax. The only feedback I have is the sunbeds don't have a padded mattress which makes it uncomfortable to lay on your front to sunbathe. Everything else was perfect,

Staff Food

It is very modern and the pool is fantastic! Lovely views of the sea/mountains. You are not allowed to bring your own water/snacks to the pool area so have to purchase at the bar.

The room was beautiful and clean. The pool was an extra bonus that was amazing. I was very disappointed that I could not have coffee in the morning because housekeeping did not refill coffee of creamer, I had to ask every day. My wife and I went to the hotel bar and ordered drinks and a bottle of water. The server only brought one glass. I am not typically a nitpicker but when on vacation at a luxury hotel, I do like proper service and morning coffee. We have another trip to Skala planned for next year.

The rooms were beautiful, the gym was well equipped and the pool/bar area great We liked everything

Beautiful hotel and the staff were all very friendly and helpful The location is a bit further out. When I arrived and checked in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned from the guest before. The toilet was absolutely disgusting! They sent the cleaner back up straight away which was great, it just made me then wonder for the rest of my stay what else hadn’t been cleaned between guests.

Beautiful property and location, room was quiet and kept clean and tidy. When you arrive you are escorted to your room in a buggy, a nice touch especially if your room is towards the back of the resort. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were unfortunately at the property when a wildfire broke out in the hills not too far from our hotel. Staff woke everyone, evacuated us from our rooms to the pool area, served us bottles of water and kept everyone calm until it was safe to go back to our rooms. Whilst this was a scary experience, the staff at Tesoro Blu did a fantastic job managing the situation for their guests. We really appreciated their calmness and professionalism. There is a €50 charge to extend your room check out from 11 to 2pm, and then €10 per hour after that. Whilst I understand the charge, it did seem rather expensive considering a lot of hotels that we have been to do not charge for a few extra hours.

Clean, new modern, well planned, nice pool, near the beach and facility’s. The walk up hill to our room in the heat.

The thing that I disliked the most was that the bees were very annoying at the breakfast

Clean, lovely staff, nice added touches - drink on arrival and cart ride to room. Said vegan on the menu but the food came out vegetarian - cream and Parmesan (it had Parmesan in - could be deemed not suitable for vegetarians). All vegan options had some form of dairy or egg in. Very concerned about this and people with allergies must be careful. We highlighted this to the staff and management to either take off the vegan signs on the menu/tell the staff the ingredients so they do not tell the clients that it is vegan when not or to make the dishes vegan. My friend had an egg allergy so this could have been an unfortunate event.
