The proximity to town and the lake was great. Although I expected a bigger refrigerator I made do fine. The owners were friendly and very accommodating. I had to buy ice.

location If you're looking for a musty smelling old motel turned arbnb, with an exterior light shining in your bed through the window all night, a huge dead tree outside the door and plastic "bushes", this is your place. It's frankly, shameless to charge anything, much less this fee, to stay at a place of this caliber; sailing on the coattails of the Skaneateles location is a poor excuse. I've never written a poor review btw.

Overall a good stay. Clean room and bathroom and easy self check-in (once I figured out how to access my Booking.com app messages!)

Loved the vibe!! Totally updated and modern. Great place great location! Could have used more amenities, utensils, maybe some cleaning supplies

The room was musty, even after running the “dry” mode on the HVAC unit.

Very cute, restored motel. Comfortable and super close to the village of Skaneateles. I would definitely stay again.

Super cute place. Would highly recommend

Convenient to town, ie walkable, but not in the hectic hub. It was quiet and relaxing. The last night we enjoyed a yummy pizza from Mike’s just down the road. We could dine outside on an amazingly beautiful night, with our private table and chairs. 😊
-
Property was in close proximity to the village, easy to get to.
-
Clean and modern. Great location

Additional seating or eating area inside would have been nice. Unit sleeps 4 but only a 3 person couch inside and 2 chairs outside.

So great loved the place had everything we needed so felt like home couldn't be happier with our choice will definitely stay again thank you 🙏😁
-
Very comfortable modern motel within walking distance of downtown Skaneateles and the lake. It’s a short and picturesque drive to Syracuse

We had a wonderful stay here! A perfect size stay for 3 friends getting away for a day at the spa and a day shopping and eating around town. The sidewalk picks up right before the accommodation so it's a really nice walk to the center of town! Easy check-in and had everything we needed.

It was easy and convenient to the area, very clean, private and accessible. Would stay again if return to the area

Absolutely adorable! Everything was clean. We were in town for a hockey tournament, and it was the perfect location. Great little place, especially if you wanted a weekend getaway. 1st of all, it's all self check in and check out. You're given a code for the door. It's our 1st time staying at a place like this. It's not that I didn't like it. it's just not our usual. We had a couple of things that went wrong while we were there. The TV wouldn't work, and at one point, the door lock locked us out(it was super cold that night). Both issues were resolved quickly, just inconvenient.

This is a very nice inn.

We had absolutely everything that we needed for a great sisters weekend. The location was perfect, walkable to the Village but far enough away so as to be quiet.
