Liked the attitude and the behaviour of the staff. They were very helpful Rooms are old & need proper maintenance along with the furnitures. The price paid while booking through booking.com was almost double that hotel was charging when booked directly or through other portals. Booking.com is increasing the rate for no reason & this increases the expectation...room would have been fine at the rate hotel is quoting.

1. Location on Google is MARKED WRONG 2. Hotel is not known by Welcome Heritage Hotel, NOR it should be. 3. Restaurant is tricky (They do not have full breakfast till about 9.00 AM) implying most of the guests have finished there breakfast on "whatever is available"" basis. 4. Hot water is generally a challenge, unless you are used to follow the hotel hours, as defined by the hotel operator. 5. Food quality right upto even the tea bags kept in the room is pathetic.
