Staff and location both were expencional. For the price you pay this place is a gem. I would recommend to all the tourists to stay in reasonable price with the breathtaking views. In the beginning some stuff was missing from the room including slippers and had water issues, also shower room is not fancy beside rooms were cold night time but staff was too good, they provided us extra blankets and anything we asked for always provide us with a smile. we used their driver who is also from the management of the hotel, his name was Mehdi Hassan. He took us to all the tourists sites and best shops . We done amazing shopping and also he recommend us some resturants and snack places which were all good. If I visit again I will stay here because the price you pay its 100% worth the stay. The breakfast is nice ,not much choices to eat though and won't recommend their food menu. It's best to eat out. This place is so underrated. More ppl need to know about this place. Ignore the negative reviews and definitely book your stay . Food menu needs to be improved , slippers, wipers and water should have been provided also their should have been the heater or extra blankets in room for the freezing nights . But I would still recommend this place with breathtaking views to everyone.

Very good breakfast prepared as desired. The countryside location along the river we liked very much. Water pressure in the bath shower needs improvement. The water flows in small volume at slow speed and it takes a lot of time to take bath.

The view of Indus river is simply mind blowing. The garden in beautiful and well kept. Very close to Skardu airport. Food served in restaurant is fresh and delicious. Morning tea was amazing. Wifi worked well. Free airport transfer. Property needs maintenance. Switch boards were hanging out of the wall. Towels were extremely old and need urgent replacing. We stayed in the K2 room, the smell from the bathroom was awful, i think something wrong with plumbing or sewerage pipes, but the smell was so bad it was unbearable.

The hotel gives a spectacular view of the indus river, mountains, and adorable sun rise.

No breakfast provided with booking and I requested them to prepare breakfast at 7 am to leave for airport at 8 am I left hotel at 8 am and breakfast wasn't ready till that time Service and staff I ordered biryani at 5 pm send at 8 pm they informed me it is not available then they prepared chicken karahi with old black coloured chicken

Location and price No luxury

Excellent location with great views of Indus River. Facilities were suboptimal. No water in bathroom during the night. Chef unavailable during lunch. Food was okay.

The hotel was very basic and slightly more costly than I would like. For clean sheets and a hot shower it was a steep price. I suppose there was also a view and a restaurant that's open late.
