Comfortable beds, clean place Broken socket reflects slight negligence, hot water flow was limited. Electricity used to go for hours with no backup generator turned on

Load sheeding for day & night. They do have generator but they don't turned it on everytime the light's gone.

The breakfast buffet is awesome, the staff is quite helpful and kind. Room service was okay as well. The in house food like lunch needs to be a bit better.

Everything was fine ambiance was quite good but one thing was bit problematic and that was electricity issue I can understand it's not

the staff were so friendly, polite and ready to help, excellent location. breakfast was great. we had a room right above reception, it was so noisy, to the point that eventually I had to go down at 12:30am to ask the 2 night reception guys to please keep their voices down, other than that , nice hotel.

Bullshit as i booked and still my booking is confirmed at Booking.com. we all the way travelled and also put in the check in time which was approved by Avari Xpress. When we reached, they said that they have cancelled the booking and alloted the rooms to other guests. What the bullshit. This is how you treat your customers. We have keft with no option at 9 pm of the night. You should have inform or simply you should have charge from card in case of no show. Your hotel repute was already not good and this bullshit endorsed the point of view. Hotel is new management is very coporative front desk management is very helpful. I definitely will stay with avari Express skardu again
