Cleanness and location

Overall the stay was very comfortable. The rooms were huge with all the facilities required. Staff were very friendly and always available. Even the owner of the hotel himself visited us and keep checking if anything required. The location is very good since it is in the city so everything was nearby. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is visiting Skardu for tourism to stay in this hotel as the hotel rooms are huge, location is very good and Afterall it is not expensive at all.

Very nice accommodation and more than Faster Hotels and here Mohammad Ali Shah Sahib is very helpful food here is amazing and service is amazing cleanliness is amazing and towels bed sheets in the rooms all that is more than a one five star place. All friends are requested to stay here and enjoy more than home and five star There is nothing that I don't like about the service also in Skardu' Center and everything is within your reach and the presentation is very good. Arish Luxury Suites is the best option for you if you are going to Skardu. Great Staff, good food for regular prices, you will feel at home, not in a hotel.

It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay at Arish. It lived up to its name of being a luxury accommodation. The hotel room was very clean and tidy with all the facilities being available. The hotel staff was very cooperative, namely the receptionist Mr. Ali Shah; he was very polite and tried his best to provide us with everything, the hotel chef Mr. Younus and the hotel driver were very professional. The only complaint that i have is that i had booked the executive suite at the ground floor and it didn't have a lock. I think they can install the locks so to provide guests with more privacy and security. Although, there is a lock in the next room so there was no safety issue.

Staff really were very polite, helpful and made sure our stay was pleasant. Was given an upgrade - two rooms! Location is very inconvenient if you don't have transportation available when you need it. There are no shops within a short walk. Complimentary breakfast (even the paid breakfast) choice is very limited especially if your stay is more than 2 days.

The host was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious and tasty and the presentation was inspiring. I forgot my phone charger and it was posted onto me in Islamabad. Highly recommended. Payment would have been easier if they accepted a credit card rather than a bank transfer
