The hotel was clean and updated. I’m always sad when there isn’t a continental breakfast. They didn’t even offer coffee or water in the lobby at no charge. The room was spacious, but the bathroom was NOT.

While having informed the hotel in advance of our need for a feather-free room, they didn't have one when we arrived. In fact, they didn't have a clean room ready. We had to wait in the lobby almost an hour before we got a room key. That said, later in the evening Housekeeping came upstairs to swap out the feather pillows. The supervisor had gone above and beyond to get them, which was much appreciated. In general, the hotel's almost total reliance on electronics made check in difficult, buying a bottle of water difficult, watching television difficult...shall I go on? That said, the cookies were great!

This was just an okay stay. We were put in a wheelchair accessible room (we are not handicap) and the shower was very strange. Not super dirty but also did not feel very clean. It was an okay stay.

Bad

There was hair in the toilet. The humidity in the room. And the kindness of the restaurant staff was not good.

Overall a decent hotel. A few things I'll mention... The bathroom lighting is not great. The shower water pressure is not great. They charge for the bottle of waters they stock everyday in your room.. Bottles of water should be FREE! Plus there was nothing saying they charge for the water. Oh and the toilet paper they use is very cheap stuff.. Why don't hotels and other establishments cut a deal with Costco to use their Kirkland Toilet paper? The bed mattresses should be changed out... That's my take on this Hotel.

The niceness of the room. The room was far from the elevator. There was no bathtub, A little pricey at the store.
