Rooms had a terrible smell and there was a bug in my room. And someone else’s hair in the bathroom

Terrible experience this was more like staying at a motel. The doors were sticky, mirrors were dirty. King bed only had 1 night stand but thank god it was clean. Room had no place to plug phone chargers without unplugging lamps, didnt realize computer chair had tape on the leg - which i did not see and fell when i sat down. Asked for extra pillows and it took some time to get it after a few requests. Keys worked then they didnt. I put sign on door for "maid service please" when we returned nothing was done. They said we did not, someone needs to learn how to read, checked to see if someone changed it but it did say maid svc please! Asked for towels which again took some time. Found a flea on the bathroom floor that wasnt there before. The grounds had scattered garbage on the grass. The outdoor pool had a lock on the latch stopping it from latching, so if you go with young children beware they can access the pool no life guard on duty. Dont stay here!

The price Old, rundown, and heard this hotel houses prostitutes and drug addicts. When I checked in, I did not feel safe at all so I ended up booking a different hotel even though I paid for this one.

So the room is very outdated everything was clean and it was quiet there, but they really should charge less for the room no more than 100 bucks a night. There was no coffee maker in the room. The tub was strange. You had to step up into it, but there was plenty of hot water in the bed was comfortable.

Want to cancel my reservation at All seasons Smithfield Rhode Island

First of all I don't like to give bad reviews but I feel that this feedback is needed for this hotel to Excel. The location is nice it's hidden away from any other hotels around it. Breakfast was horrible not only horrible but there was nothing there are 8:00 a.m. I went to the front desk and asked the associate in charge and he said that there will be more egg in 15 minutes with an attitude. He definitely didn't seem welcoming. Remember there's no elevator at this hotel so we had to use the back stairs the carpet was dirty hadn't been vacuumed it who knows how long. The AC seem old it didn't really cool the room the way that we wanted it or the temperature that it was set to. The people cleaning the room they were very sweet. This hotel has great potential upgrade your service from a front desk to the cleanest of the facility and breakfast.

Nice budget hotel for solo and one day

Gave our room away after we already booked and paid in full. Wouldn’t accommodate nor give a refund. We were met with horrible attitudes and being screamed at by the manager. Horrible do not recommend

Exceptional

I booked 2 rooms, one room was fairly clean and the other had a strong odor (old & cigarette smell) but the sheets were nice clean. The property is dated, has plenty of parking not too far major roads, the pool was clean and the A/C worked in the rooms. They had a decent breakfast and checking in & out was pretty smooth. If you have no other choice then All Seasons is the way to go, the $275+ a night it's really high.

I DO NOT BLAME THE EMPLOYEES AT THE DESK. IT IS CLEARLY A MANAGEMENT OWNERSHIP ISSUE Evidently Hotels.com does not verify cleanliness or the property itself. So no longer trust Hotels.com

The staff were pleasant. It does need updating. My bathroom door knob was broken. The bed was comfortable but the rooms and hallways need some much needed updating.
