Very accommodating and family friendly.

Our stay was mind blowing how amazing this place was. It has a lot of activities that we where able to have a full day planed out with the amount of things we could do. I definitely will be going back again soon.

Great place for families! Lots of activities for all ages.

Room was clean and large. The room was thoughtful equipped with things we need and kids friendly. The location was great! The checking process was sort of confusing because there are two sets of counters that we needed to go to check in and get the keys. Very odd.

Prompt pool shuttles. Easily accessible restaurants. Horrible smell in room - way way way too much dusting/pine sol cleaners. Toilet broken. TV not 'smart' enough - only regular TV available, slow wifi & no Internet. Fire alarm kept going off for basic things - taking a shower & making coffee.

We had a great stay. The rooms and overall space were huge. It's located in a beautiful area and it's close enough to other fun locations to explore. I would recommend staying here and hope to come back someday.

Overall we had a nice time. We were disappointed at check-in to find out there were significant extra fees per day to utilize anything on the property (which we thought was included in our booking). To use the pool or the game room it's $55 per adult and $37 per child plus taxes plus a $5 per person fee for the "resort card" they give that's reloadable. The pool didn't provide towels. Also, a lot of things were only open on the weekend. We couldn't utilize the Fun Zone during the week. They charge $90 to rent a golf cart for one day and don't open options to rent it for less time. The on site restaurant is mediocre and also not always open. The room was comfortable and clean, however surrounding guests were loud and if you want to use the jets in the tub it makes an Insane amount of loud noise. We heard that for over an hour from the guests above us one night. The smell from other guests cooking also overtook our unit many times.

Rooms were marvelous, and very spacious. I would like to return during winter season for the direct access to the lifts/slopes.

The staff were very nice and welcoming, and we loved how clean the room was. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days.

Nothing. Please do not book this location. We stayed 2 nights during Canada Thanksgiving weekend. Apparently it was ladybug season, got to know during check in. Our resort had thousands of ladybug inside (please see attached picture). Called front desk, at first said they are sending someone. After 1 hour and our kids getting traumatized, we told them to change the room. They said they were fully booked and tried to comfort us that ladybug doesn't harm or come towards the food, so it should be fine. After 3 hours the room service person came and said the same thing, there's nothing they can do and told us to suck out the ladybugs using the vacuum cleaner hose. If this something they face every year during this time of the year, they should warn people and advise book at your own risk. In fact, I'm surprised no where on the description on Booking.com this is mentioned. I cannot advise enough people to not book this and also expected better from Booking.com during booking for this location

1. The pool is NOT included with your stay if you book through Expedia. The “resort fee” that you pay is only for the wifi and TV. 2. No complimentary breakfast for the price I’m paying. The TV will automatically shut down if you don’t press a button on the remote every 15 minutes. 3. Wyndham is pushy on check-in for you to attend a 90 minute “open house” so you can sign up for a time share. I just want to be on vacation. The room service even came to my door and knocked to remind me to sign up for something I have no interest in. The room has a lady bug infestation. To be fair, the hotel did warn us during check in, I don’t mind much but it may bother others. 4. The phones in the room weren’t working. When I tried to call the hotel on my cell phone I kept being disconnected. I dialed 0 to try to reach the front desk as instructed and it still didn’t work. I had a simple question. If there was ever an emergency, I’d have to rely on 911 solely. It’s a big property. I’d like it if hotel staff could be reached via phone. Pros: 1. Kitchen in room with big fridge 2. Large rooms 3. Ample bed space 4. Close to Smugglers Notch 5. Rooms are a bit outdated, but comfy.
