The staff at this hotel were the best thing about my trip. They were very nice, friendly, accommodating & had attention to detail. The house keeping did a great job too. My husband sweats a lot so changing the sheets was importance to us & they changed the sheets through our stay. Overall the property is well kept. The location was very close to different parts in TN & very close to restaurants, shopping and coffee shops.

The check in was easy and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was good and the lady in charge was excellent. The only thing that I we would say is the foot noise from above sometimes was loud.

Clean and bright! Beds are comfortable and the hotel is area is clean, you do not fear of getting sick from getting breakfast in the morning. Name brand shampoo and body wash already in the shower. Nothing.

This hotel has to be the CLEANEST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The young man at the desk was extremely professional and friendly. Whoever manages that hotel is doing good job.
