Hampton Inn & Suites Snellville Atlanta NE

Usually this is a great place to stay whenever we’re in town. I’m not sure what was going on with this particular room but there was a wet pink wash cloth on the dresser under the tv stand as well as a large bath towel laying across the top blanket below the pillows. The bed was wrinkled a bit as if someone was sitting or laying on the towel. I threw the towel and wash cloth in the corridor. We only had one bath towel and no wash cloths and it was a bad time to find that out at 3:30 in the morning. It’s still a great place to stay and everything else was fine. I’m sure this was an isolated incident and we’ll stay there again

There quite a few things wrong with my room, sink and tub drained slowly, sheer curtains had brown spots on them, trash behind the headboard, and tub stopper was broken.

The breakfast choices were great. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. So many restaurants nearby for lunch/dinner options.

Close to family and friends. The room smelled like wet dog and there was barking in the middle of the night. Front desk was very apologetic and told me it was a pet friendly hotel. Really???? The least the hotel could do is relegate the dog fest and their owners to the first floor only and rest of floors for humans only. Gent at the front desk even confirmed the dog have torn some hotel rooms to pieces. Future stays in any hotel now I must ask if the room smells loke dog.
