The rooms were very nice and clean with beautiful views. The cost was a little pricey, no breakfast included and we were not able to get an hour later check out. We ordered room service breakfast, it was very good. We ate at the Vista Restaurant, food was good, plan on about a hundred a person and 3 of us had only water, and one soda to drink. Casino was very nice, all of the staff from check in to restaurants and casino were super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great stay!

We loved the room and the experience. Staff were friendly and helpful !

The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Once we were settled we ate at 12 Moons. The restaurant is beautiful, the food was delicious and the service was amazing. The next day we requested extra blankets, coffee, cream, and water and the staff responded immediately. We spent sone time in the outdoor hot tub which was lovely. Later we ate at the Falls buffet and this was the only part of our stay we didn’t love. The food was mediocre and the price tag was too high for the quality. Other than that the stay was perfect. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything was great

Rooms are amazing! They are still working out some housekeeping hiccups, and I have no doubt they’ll have it all under control very soon. I would definitely say that again. As long as their prices don’t go so high, I won’t have any money left over to gamble.

Great place!

The food quality was disappointing and even the checkout experience was confusing and frustrating. Overall, the level of service and attention to detail fell far below what I would expect from a “four” star hotel. I left feeling more exhausted than when I arrived. In my opinion, this is a three star hotel charging four star prices. I wouldn’t stay there again even if it was gifted to me.

We drove from Oregon up into Washington to see Snoqualamie Falls. Staying at a casino is never my first choice, but the price was good so good that we gave it a try. We didn't do any casino things, so the casino did not really affect us. This was just a place to stay, and it turned out great. The room was spacious, and had an upgraded bathroom . From out room, we had lovely views of the surrounding mountains. All the staff were super helpful and happy. It's just a short drive, 3.6 miles, to get to the town of Snoqualamie and the lovely Snoqualamie Falls area. There was a refridgerator and a pod type coffeemaker, but no microwave. All hotel rooms should have a microwave.! When entering or exiting only, the casino noise is not pleasant, but our room was quiet. Of course if you are coming for the casino, you would expect, maybe even want, that casino soundscape. Not a deal breaker for us. There are NO sidewalks anywhere around the casino; therfore NO safe place to walk outside. The casino would benefit from a small walking loop in the surrounding area. The front desk suggested that I walk around inside the casino. Usually I enjoy walking outside in the early morning. Hey, I adapt: here I had to walk on the curb on a curvy road to get to the parking lot. One there I just circlied around in the parking lot because it was safer. The views of the surrounding mountains made it nicer. Again, not a deal breaker considering everything elese being superior.

This brand new, AMAZING property completely exceeded my expectations! Gorgeous, huge room with a shower big enough to throw a party in. We used the pool and hot tubs (plural!) with fantastic and beautiful lounges, couches and chairs. Plush striped towels. The restaurant offerings did not disappoint. Every single staff member is happy and helpful. I will be back, most definitely!

I would highly recommend hotel to any one visiting the area, and will gladly return. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay.

My friend had the same issue and he was two rooms down from me. Almost like something was banging on the windows. It would not keep me from staying there again!

The room is large and clean. The staff at the front desk was nice. The restaurant Vista is gorgeous. The only thing felt a little uncomfortable is the smell from the bed sheet. It could smell like cigarette.

Very nice rooms, especially if you get one with a mountain view. Nightly prices are pretty high, especially on weekends. Because of that I would say overall value is 6/10.
