THE place to be at Snowmass!! Do not hesitate and stay here instead of Aspen if goong for a skiing adventire. Grat locarion, superb dinning at the restaurant a nd within walking distance to the mall

We had both dinner and breakfast at Heather's. EXCELLENT!!!!!! Front desk staff were very helpful. Room was a little "dated" but just fine.

The gym and pool were great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The shuttle was great. During my stay, a very large ski club group arrived, and the restaurant on site had difficulty accommodating the rest of the guests in the hotel. That was very inconvenient. You couldn't order breakfast, had to wait for a table for dinner. It wasn't fun. the location is alright, but not the best

The location is great. Walk down the driveway to the slopes and the buses stop at the front door to Aspen & all the other ski areas. The hot tub is huge and nice pool and great sauna & gym. The bed & pillows could be better. It’s getting renovated this summer.

More helpful staff would be great. We tried to get coins for laundry and had to wait for manager, had to go downstairs a few times just for that.
