Our room was clean and comfortable. Coffee available in the morning was delightful. Amenities in the room (refrigerator and microwave) were useful. The mountain location offered great views, but the visit was primarily for a family gathering, which made it the perfect spot. The toilet seemed exceptionally low, not comfortable for travelers with bad knees!

Staff was only nice thing about this run down motel Website is misleading! No pool, no hot tub, no game room, and used to be a bar inside. Absolutely nothing to do within the motel. Pretty boring stay!

It was a pleasant stay at the Snowshoe Inn for two nights. The room was clean, toilet was good too. We had wifi, microwave and a refrigerator which well served our purpose. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had late check-in and she was very welcoming. There was free coffee at the reception every morning and plenty of parking options. Its definitely worth the value. The Snowshoe village is just 12 mins drive, the location is central and has a gas station, dollar general, and other few stores nearby. My kids were happy too and that what matters most to me.

The property was just what we were looking for for. We were looking for a place to stay close but not in the town of Cass. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The was just fine checked all the boxes clean, quiet, comfortable beds, and everything worked well. Basically if you’re looking for a place to spend the night and explore the area it’s great. The down side is restaurants nearby. Bbq and a sandwich shop was it. So eat before you get back to the motel.

They changed all the TVs. I couldn’t get any local news and no network news like CNN. They took away the local cable network. Not everyone pays for some stupid streaming program They need to lower the price per night if they are to cheap to pay for local cable

Rooms were large with a mini fridge. Large bathroom with counter space In the middle of a remodel so some love needed to main building. Bathtub was slippery

It was a little confusing getting there at the end. GPS told us we were there when we got to Snowshoe Drive, so we turned right looking for #10 instead of staying straight where it was shortly there on the right.

Nice location. Ample room space. Comfortable. The hotel does not offer breakfast. There was no in-room coffee maker.
