Exceptional views, pleasant walking area, quiet, and very nice breakfast. Hotel provides a great sense of history and charm that sets it apart from the usual. My wife thought the mattress was too soft, though I was fine.

Very helpful staff in a clean, comfortable and elegant hotel. Beautiful setting which is also very convenient for accessing public transport. The gluten free cereals had run out but not been replaced, but apart from that there was ample choice for breakfast.

Although Sodatalje is industrial this beautiful and traditional hotel is situated in a quiet and peaceful area. The bus and train connections are within walking distance. We made several local trips into the centre and further afield. We were treated to a most comfortable and relaxing stay by the host and his team. Breakfast was well presented and offered a variety of choice. The nearby restaurant served a good quality menu in a relaxing setting. We felt welcomed by everyone, especially the host who went out of his way to ensure we had the best experience. Thank you so much for the lift to the station, introducing us to the local area and use of the rowing boat! We really didn’t want to go home! Nothing

The property is in a stunning location with a view across a lake. Our host was amazing, even took us to the railway station so we could catch the train into the city. He made our stay even more memorable. Great breakfast too.

Torpa Pensionat allows you to experience a real "old-world" hotel stay. Each room is uniquely furnished and themed and the entire hotel makes you feel like you are a character in an Agatha Christie novel, in the days when hotel guests would gather to the salon for after dinner drinks and reading or playing cards. So if you are tired of the cookie-cutter chain hotels, give Torpa a try. Excellent service and great breakfast with a nice variety for every taste. As a plus, you get to enjoy the breakfast in a nice salon with a view of the small-boat harbor next to the hotel. It's an old house, so the en-suite toilets are quite small.

Location was Stunning ! Quiet and accessible. Extremely well connected to Scania HQ and all other plants of Scania in Sodertalje. It felt like a vacation the moment you stepped back from work in the evening ! Breakfast was good but a few more options like scrambled eggs or pancakes would have been nice. Some more option for Tea also could have made this better.

A hotel with a lot of history! Beautiful! I you love Sweden, you definitely need to go to this hotel. Nice experience, feels like going back in time with still having access to the modern "tools". Nothing worth to mention. Everything was ok!

Lovely and cozy little hotel in a beautiful location by the water. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was excellent. If you are tired of franchise hotels that all look and feel the same and want to stay in a hotel that feels like one of those hotels in Agatha Christie novels, then I really recommend booking your room at Torpa. I only wish we would have had a chance to stay for a second night.

Magical place, fantasic view of the lake, amazing hospitality, wonderful breakfast and extra confortable beds, it was like sleeping in a cloud. I totally recommend this amazing place and i am looking foward to visiting again. Thank you sooo much!!!
