The hotel is conveniently located close to the railway station. The staff at reception was very helpful and friendly. Wifi didn't work on the first day. Luckily it was fixed the next day.

The location. The professional attitude of the friendly FO staff. No means to contact the reception for inquiries. Also a big variety of “things” for midnight snacks.

Perfect breakfast. Perfect location. Staff especially ALLAN was very helpful and warm reacted to problems. price / quality ratio is well. Bright and comfortable lobby. No slipper, No fridge, limited utilities in rooms.

I was there for a conference and the hotel is conveniently located between the train station and the town centre. Booking in was the easiest I have experienced and the room was fine as I would be in meetings for most of the time at the conference which was being held at the hotel. We had lunch in the hotel both days and it was very good. Its not far from Stockholm so it was easy to get there and to check out and catch my flight.

Breakfast I have been asked if I wanted to upgrade my room . That meant an extra cost and the possibility to enjoy a window ! I’m a frequent traveler due to my job and this is the first time I have ever heard such a BS!

Breakfast, staff, location and value all were great! One MINOR detail: toilet seat was loose. I mentioned it to various staff 3 times on 3 separate occasions, w/o any attention given to it. A bit inconvenient, but not a crisis.

Spacious room, good breakfast Standard rooms are without windows, you have to pay extra to get a window. After I upgraded, my room had broken aircondition, it was really cold, the temperature setting was having no effect. We tried the restaurant, again good food but the service was not ok. We had to ask twice for every drink we ordered. The restaurant was half empty and we were asking for tea and beer only. It still took more then 20 minutes to get the order - after asking twice.

We arrived very late at night needing accomodation and an early start. The room was nice, spacious and comfortable. The staff were excellent and even though we had missed the time for ordering take-away breakfast they helped us get a bite to take with us.

The hotel was very clean, warm, secure and has great facilities. I t is perfect for the city centre only a two minute walk. Nothing, great experience.
