Nice breakfast options.

We arrived at the proper check-in time (14:00) but we had to wait 2h for our room to be ready. This derailed our afternoon plans. The staff was cool.about it, polite and compensated part of the trouble by making our parking in the garage free of charge (approx 15 eur value).

Air-conditioning not working, because allegedly heating is turned on. Yet in the corridors and everywhere else it works, but not the rooms. They suggested to open the windows to the awesome symphony of street noise and sports exhausts

Very clean and quiet place with parking, fitness and restaurants nearby. Very suitable for business

Clean. Easy access. Nice family rooms. Breakfast ok. Some of the breakfast stuff were unpleasant.

I thought the parking was free, leaving the garage the call button produced no response, so I paid 8.5 euro and parked on the street later.

I had to pay the parking twice. It's 8 Euro. I send an email asking refund one of theme but I haven't received an answer.

Big warm rooms, good breakfast and lunch, good gym. Near the hotel a lot of restaurants, bars, good park, bus stop near the hotel. Very poor wi-fi. It is very strange for a hotel that positions itself as a coworking space, some of the web-sites are blocked, and it's impossible to connect to a video meeting via Wi-Fi. There are no TVs in the rooms, and the Wi-Fi doesn't allow you to watch videos. This is a very strange position. Cleaning is very poor. The lack of a proper reception is not the best idea. There are no spoons in the room. As it situated in the university area-there may be a little bit noisy at night.

We took the Christmas suite, and it was so cute!! A real tree, decorations, cozy and fun holiday spirit, gorgeous view from the windows (managed to see the sunset). The breakfast was tasty (british-bulgarian style). As our leave was on the 1/1, the hotel have delayed our check out for free to 14:00 - really sweet gesture. It was clean, except for the cattle which had a funny smell, so we did not use it for the hot cocoa (improvised by using the coffee machine instead). Really recommend this place, and will probably stay here again if we will stop by in Sofia next time :) The cattle in the room smelled funny (tried rinsing it with water but it did not help) + the smell stick to th water we heated in it...

We loved everything about our stay. From the contactless check‑in and check‑out through the app to the beautiful view from the restaurant floor, everything was seamless. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was exceptional. The coworking space is one of the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel. I would definitely come back and stay longer, as I’m now sure that working from here would be incredibly easy. The gym is amazing as well, with a great selection of weights and machines. Across the hotel there is a huge park, which is very convenient if you stay with a pet. Probably the only small thing that puzzled me was the staff member at the reception. The young lady who was there during breakfast didn’t smile even once and generally behaved as if she were a VIP guest. Not that we needed anything from her, but such an attitude from reception staff is unusual for me.

Personel/staff I couldn’t sleep because of the noise from the music coming from the pub in the hotel building on the ground floor. The music was very loud, and even though I was on the 7th floor, the noise was extremely disturbing. The music continued until 2:30 in the morning.

Need more attention for details in cleaning, in facilities (the heating not working properly, not having wine glasses in the room)
