בעקשתי מראש חדר עם מזגן חזק וקיבלנו חדר משודרג עם מזגן מעולה. אפשיר לעשות קפה/תה בחדר אוכל 24/7. הרגשה שהתארחנו אצל קרובי משפחה. לא מצאתי

A perfect stay in a very central location. Excellent breakfast ?even nice cherries. The air conditioning was perfect especially when the weather was really hot. Just a few steps from vitosha boulevard. We enjoyed the 4 night stay very much Everything was perfect

Comfortable room with two balconies. Quiet and clean. Beautiful view from the balcony. Air conditioner is a a little bit weak for Summer temperatures

The reception area is small but adequate, well organized and welcoming. It’s decorated with artwork, some sculptures but mostly paintings which added a nice ambience. The dining room has a nice ambience and also decorated with paintings. Our room was clean and size is adequate for two people sharing. Good size bathroom, clean and well stocked with toiletries. Overall we were pleased. There’s not always somebody at the reception area. I think the receptionist was multi tasking so we to wait or look around for her in other areas of the property if we needed something. It’s a small hotel, I believe privately owned and at that time it easn’t too busy.

Ticked all the boxes

The Staff was EXCELLENT !!! The initial room that was given to us was a little small. We were then UPGRADED to a much larger room with a great view. At NO extra charge. It is a Heritage Hotel. Location is great. Breakfast is adequate. The staff at this property are an asset to this hotel. Thank you Deanna and Pam. Will definitely return.

Very nice breakfast - many choices. Great coffee. The location was excellent - within walking distance of everything I wanted to see and just a short walk to the pedestrianized Vitosha Blvd.

A small hotel in the center, with friendly staff and excellent value for your money

The staff are nice and polite. They have a happy hour ☺️ which was a surprise. Basically, wonderful. The hotel is a bit old fashioned.. However, it kind of has a charm of its own.

An outstanding stay. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and proactive, making us feel truly welcome. The hotel is stunning, the breakfast is rich and high-quality, and the location is unbeatable — just one minute from the main boulevard.

From reception up until check out everything was flawless. We really appreciated the recommendations for dining options, handling our reservations. Thanks to Ms. Plamena. All of the staff were helpful too.

Great breakfast. Excellent location. Good hap pi y hour We were told our taxi to airport was free. Part of the stay. When we got to the airport he charged us!! The hotel would not reimburse us. Bulgaria people are very challenging

The room was old, the toilet was leaking (needed to press the right way to stop it), the shower was mouldy and the doors were loose. Air conditioning didn't work so I felt really hot in the night, the window could not close properly. Desperate need of renovation and deep cleaning.
