B1 City Hotel

Brand new hotel with private parking and very nice restaurant.

Modern, I loved the spacious room! Loved my stay. English communication is challenging for other staff.

Everything was great overall. Room could have had an extra (movable) desk/table, and AC/fan unit was a bit difficult to figure out. Shower had mold. I got two single beds for 1 person, and I was too tired when I arrived to inquire about a different accommodation. Blanket was a bit thin.

The pillows had little odor, no hair conditioner, coffee machine didnt work so well

Clean, quiet room. Polite and helpful staff. Although location of the hotel ( close to the main road to the Sofia International Airport) due to internal infrastructure needed a little bit longer driving to the airport - too longer turn through inside streets to get main boulevard.

Reception girl that worked night shift was very professional and pleasent...she helped me with everything, with the smile on her face... for her i give your hotel 11/10

The fact that when I asked for a walk up call the man working the front desk said he would do it if I gave him 20 Euros. I did not. He did write down the time for the call and then failed to call. Thank goodness I set my alarm. When I came down he was falling in and out of sleep at the front desk I would not stay here again. This was my only bad experience at a hotel in Bulgaria

There was a confusion with the shuttle. It was a taxi and the driver tried to charge me after I already paid hotel. Seems like they’re not communicating very well. And lesson learned - the “shuttle” fee was way more than taxi would have charged me.

The breakfast was delicious. Many things to choose from. All freshly made. The room was very nice and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I lost power for 30-45min. That was not fun. Also, the room could have been a little cleaner.

Great stay close to the airport. New hotel with everything you need for a short stay. Room was slightly too warm and window to the street couldn't be opened due to main road traffic. Night was totally calm though.

The property boasts an excellent location, only 100 meters from the mall, very close to the airport. Guests can enjoy a rich and varied breakfast each morning. The reception staff are exceptionally welcoming, with thoughtful gestures such as complimentary upgrades to suites. Free on-site parking is available for added convenience. The entire team provides warm, attentive service, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. On a personal note – the pillows were not very comfortable, and the double blanket was small and not warm enough.
