This hotel have nothing to do with a 4 stars hotel. Absolutely outdated, rooms need to be seriously cleaned,not just changed the sheets.The room looks old and sad. Pictures attached can confirm. Breakfast was awful. This hotel should have maybe two stars..maybe.

The only thing good at this hotel was the location to our granddaughters school where she teaches and lives. It was dirty from day one, bed was awful and mattress cover had so many little material balls thought there was bed bugs. Suppose to have safe deposit box in room, not so. Had to get our own to and fresh towels. Water everywhere on the floor from shower we almost fell. No shower curtain or door. Will never recommend anyone stay here. There were dead bugs on floor day we checked in and there when we left.

Great location close to Business Park Sofia. Safe parking lot just in front. Convenient access to different modes of public transport as well.

The hotel was really nice and cozy with a welcoming team. One of our rooms was huge and impressive. Good value for money. Will stay again The cleanliness should be improved. Especially sanitary tools and tea cups....

I couldn't pay my hotel reservation with Master card. Rejected twice by the hotel post terminal.

It was close to everything I came for. The AC could not keep up with the heat and the bed was very uncomfortable.

The location and the parking The minibar was empty. There was a barplot but no glasses. The apartment was booked for a colleague of mine and I asked the stuff 3 times not to charge her that I'll pay later and they charged her.

Location Room not clean, one light switch not working and a second light switch fell off the wall when touched. Had to request toilet paper and also problem with very noisy guest. Breakfast was fine but restaurant was very cold.
