It’s in a great spot where you could see the mountain Vitosha, it has a bus stop close to it. When i arrived around 17:00, i was late for my check in, it was no problem, but my room wasn’t cleaned, and i had to wait another 30 minutes for the staff to clean it, The AC is not working properly, no contacts near the beds.

The hotel's facilities were very clean, including towels and sheets. The lack of accesible sockets, the old bed and old bathtub, the location was very difficult for picking up by taxi.

Good location. Close to a mall and many shops and the us embassy. No lift so it was a bit difficult with a baby pram. The headboard had a lamp switch right where the pillow goes so every time I sat up on the bed and rested my back on the headboard the light would switch on.

The room was nice, the bed not so much. The matrass was very old and uncomfortable. It should have been changed long time ago, we had problems sleeping.
