The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Location is good and there is a car park. The rooms are big and quiet. The mattress was very old and the springs worn so I was dipping in the middle, didn’t sleep well. I informed the staff and they said they will take care :) Also in the sky bar people were smoking inside. No ventilation or open windows

Only the bed, and room were clean Reception service, when I was leaving. The man at reception tried to charge me again,the reason was my payment via booking was blocked, and they didn't receive the money. When I told him his colleague who checked me in said it's paid. He still was trying to get more money, and charge me again, until I told him I got an email with a receipt for my payment with the booking. Then he " double checked" again and said yes everything is fine. For sure I don't want to stay there again!!!!

The beds and furniture were clean and fresh, the mattresses were comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom floor was wet in certain places from some water leakage onto the bathroom floor, either from the shower or toilet or both, not sure. There was an uncovered spot near the light switches which made me nervous about turning the lights on and off.

the parking was for 5 cars and it was busy. the head shower was broken. and the bedroom case was cut (with hole). and it was dirty.

Location was good The mattress was heavenly stained and if I was with the wife she wouldn’t of stayed in the room
