Rooms feel a bit worn out, so many scuff marks on the walls

Beds are amazing. Location is great. Overall the hotel is a fairly good experience. I really like the convenience store and game room too. We've stayed here a number of times, and particularly like the huge two bedroom with living room and kitchen. This time only had 3 people so stayed in a smaller room. Overall a lot of little things add up to make this definitely not a five star experience. The room was left with dirty tables and floors....which the room is not that big. The sauna is small and not worth it. I paid the sauna cash and they charged it to my room. They do not even acknowledge or remember me or my family....we've been there for a total of over 10 nights in one year. Is it a horrible hotel? No. Is it worth the money or even close to the five star experiences I've had, most of which were cheaper? NO!

I stayed in Tower A this time, and the elevator situation was horrible. There were three elevators, but only one seemed to be operating, so people had to wait a very long time to go up or down. Another issue was housekeeping. I stayed for two days, and the room cleaning was minimal. Overall, it wasn’t worth a $300-per-night stay.

The beds were very small, but as an American, I understand that in S. Korea, this is perhaps, normal.

The room was great, very spacious and clean. The gym was excellent. The staff was helpful and the parking was easy. 1) there were very few vegan diet options on the international buffet. 2) the pool is seaside so there is no afternoon sun.
