Comfortable and great views of the water and the famous bridge that lights up at night. The neighborhood is a little sparse

Great location. Close to a traditional market. Close to a bus stop to the terminal and Soraksan. Room was clean. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. Lobby was willing to hold our luggage after we checked out. They extended out checkout from 11 to noon.

Gorgeous views. Great location. Spacious room. Value for money. The third floor Terrace Lounge was also a nice place to hang out. Slow elevators. Basketball machines at the Terrace Lounge were quite noisy even when there was no one playing.

Breakfast can use variety. Some front desk personnel weren't very helpful... but most were good.

We really liked this hotel and would stay again. It was easy to get to and a short walk to the local Sokcho Market and Abai village. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance too. The room was clean, beds were on the firmer side (which is typically for Korean hotels) but also comfortable. The water pressure for the shower was nice. We had a sea view and enjoyed watching the boats go out in the morning. Several staff members spoke English which was a bonus. We had a car and easily got up to Seoraksan national park for hiking.

Hotel is close to Gaetbae ferry and Abai village (within walking distance). We could walk to sokcho beach from Abai village and return to hotel via Gaetbae ferry. Tourist fish market is within walking distance. 5 mins taxi ride to intercity bus terminal. There is a convenient shop. Staff was friendly and helpful. nothing

Thank you for nice view rooms. Clean room. Near to fish market. I would suggest to have some fish dishes in buffet.

Location is great very great. Staff was nice. Room view is very nice. Bit old and not in very good condition. It was just clean, not dusty and some level of dirt in bathroom and the room. Heater was set on 30 degrees when I entered the room (winter). I tried to disable it, but it would restart automatically every few hours, and it is quite noisy.

The room was well heated and had good view of the lake. The hotel had for themselves an arbitrary and inflexible policy that all guests had to check in only after 2:30pm despite the rooms being available and ready. This created a bizarre situation where the lobby was full of guests waiting to check in at 2:30pm sharp, with an artificial and unnecessary line when they could have just as easily allowed guests to go to their rooms. The breakfast buffet was very low quality.

Breakfast was really great, a big buffet with different types of food, from Korean to Western. The location is also really good, close to the city center and the main market, and only a 10-minute walk to the beach. A really great location. The room was also really clean, and the amenities provided were of good quality.

Parking is easy and super convenient. Great location, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. The hotel is definitely one of the nicer ones in the area. The lake view is super nice, especially at night. The attached eMart is so convenient, especially when you're hungry at 10 pm. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would have no problems rebooking this place.
