Superb

The staff I spoke with was rude and had bad attitude. The building was very confusing to find since the buildings have Chestertons written all over.
-
Clean Pool required hat. No coffee or cooking options in room. No second day cleaning service was completed
-
Big room, very clean and good airco A lot of people and music in swimmingpool, swimmingpool closed very early
-
Nice facilities for kids. You only can use the common kitchen once a day. Too much restriction for a vacational vibe.

Pleasant

It was a clean and comfortable place. Definitely worth the price.
-
No toothpaste, toothbrush, no bathrobe, no slippers, no comb. Towels were not replaced and room was not cleaned. No extra water bottles.

Exceptional

Surroundings were boring, room was simple but clean and fine

Room size was expected from photos. Very clean and new. Way too many people in the pool, they charged for swim towels (3,000 won each), no parking spaces available when we returned late our last night (people were double parked, parking anywhere they could fit in the garage), beach was a 15 minute drive.

Room was very bright and clean. Large bathroom, had great water pressure. A/C unit was quiet and kept the room cool. Room had a in room laundry machine which was an added bonus. Room has a minimalist look to it which I like. Windows that open to let in fresh air. They offer a lot of options for families. Lots of restaurants near by within walking distance. Convince store across the street too. Better signage as to where to check in when you arrive in a car. There are extra fees to use some of the facilities that I was not aware of but it didn't affect my stay. As it's around 900 plus rooms you often need to wait for elevators. Parking downstairs could do with better signage for entering and exiting and where to check in. I spoke to a few people and they all agreed that information could be better.

Location is walkable to most restaurants and has excellent views! Would have liked to have had a bidet and more towels.

The pool was large with 2 Hot tubs. Everything has an upcharge. They charge for extra room towels and pool towels. We were not provided with waters daily like the desk said. For the premium price it didn’t seem worth it.

Very good

Room is light and bright. Hotel is near the bus line 7 or 7.1 that heads to the National park, and a 45 min walk to the two main beaches. There are four large buildings all using the same facilities that one building would normally use. Everything is crowded with families of small children and babies. As a solo traveller this may be too much. Think a Disney cruise, but on land. Checkin was a horrible experience. You need to wait in an enclosed crowded lobby with tired children and parents until checkin is open. It is better to arrive late than early! Although the room has a cooktop, you cannot use it. There is no restaurant onsite, so no breakfast options. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood though. My room was mostly clean, except for a pungent smell by the refrigerator and something on the floor. The external windows were dirty and difficult to see though. The hallways are not carpeted, so you will hear children running up and down the hallways, noise and doors slamming. Signage to the checkin/checkout lobby is difficult to find from the street top, and to the elevators within the building.

The hotel looks nice, however the pool is closed more than it’s open. We checked out under an hour late and we we charged with a 20,000 won fine. Absolute disgrace if you ask me. Left the whole stay with a sour taste in my mouth.

The room and location is nice. It's like a gated community, not a hotel. There are 4 big buildings and it's not clear where checkin is. No coffee/tea, no bath robes, no cooking in the room, no toiletries and worst of all, you have to dispose of your own rubbish! There is only one convenience store close by and the CU is small and gets so busy with guests from Chestertons. Wouldn't recommend.
