Casa Seorak Bed and Breakfast

Casa Seorak was a highlight of our trip. We were greeted upon arrival and the host shared his favorite places to visit and to eat. We were provided a delicious breakfast every morning, the view was fantastic, and the room was so open and spacious! Thank you to our incredible hosts for their warmth and kindness. Such great hospitality. Highly recommend and hope to return one day :)

This is a great location to get up seoraksan national park, 10-25 minutes. Was also easy to get to downtown Sokcho with a car. The breakfast was yummy and the rooms very comfortable.

The hosts are so kind, they make a beautiful breakfast and deliver to the room! We stayed in the Family Suite, which was beautiful, spacious, welcoming, and well cared for. The whole place had a wonderful feeling to it, and it is perfect for visiting Naksansa Temple, Seoraksan National Park, and Sokcho, essentially right in the middle of all. The hosts gave us a map, suggestions for restaurants and hikes, all of which we took and made for a wonderful visit.

The staff were very friendly and informative. The property is located close to the Seoraksan park. The whirlpool tub was a nice touch although slow to fill.

Very clean big room with kitchen . The owner Juha was very friendly and kind and gave us tips for restaurants. Breakfast was included. Perfect accommodation in peaceful surroundings very close to Seorak national park. The property is perfect, the only problem could be the distance from downtown. We had a car so it was perfect fir us.

This place was a great fit for our family. Our room (the family suite) was perfect for us and our two children (ages 5 and 6). They loved sleeping and playing in the loft, and the room was spacious for us. The views of the ocean and mountains were lovely every morning and evening. No complaints about the jacuzzi tub either! On top of this, the property owner was top tier. He had a great orientation to the area for us, including a map and suggestions for using transportation. He never hesitated to help us get a taxi (we had some trouble with Uber in Sokcho). And on our day of departure, it was pouring rain so he drove our whole family to the Bus Station. He was warm, knowledgeable, and very kind to our children. He even left us a little gift at the end of our stay. This B&B was so far above expectations that I would change vacation plans in order to stay here again. We had no complaints. There was nothing lacking in the room, the hosting, the location, or the breakfast.

The rooms are large and welcoming. Location is great both for Sokcho city but also to go to Seoraksan park. Breakfast was basic and modest.

Room was spacious with a view. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nicely appointed , and everything was very clean. Breakfast was brought to the room everyday and was very tasty. The owner gave excellent recommendations for restaurants. Our room had a bidet but it was broken.

Excellent breakfast and delievered right to your room every morning. Host couple was added bonus, kind and considerate which is sometimes a disappearing quality in Korea. We are a couple exploring the mountains and the Haeparang trail, this place has very access to both by bus. None to think of

Other than that the room had good facilities and the beds were comfy. Also, the location is super, close to Sokcho but in a small town, very quiet, along the main road between the city and the National Park. Nothing, all good.

This is my second time staying at Casa Seorak and loved it again. The host is supernice, eh gave us a lot of recommendations on the trekking routes for Mount Seorak and also to visit the city of Sokcho and restaurants. The room had plenty of space, and a little kitchen. The place is peaceful and quiet to get a good rest and close enough to the National Park so you can get there soon if you're going hikking. All after having the delicious breakfast the host prepared for us.

The host was so helpful and nice. The location was only a 15 minute bus ride to the seoraksan national park. There was also a wonderful art studio down the street from this location that’s worth checking out. It was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

It is nestled in a beautiful rustic part of sokcho and the house is surrounded by birds trees and is super peaceful. The owner is so kind helpful and lovely. It had heated floors and the most wacky fun decor w a jacuzzi tub in each room. Super unique ,relaxing comfy experience

The owner is super friendly and helpful. Very homely, comfortable and full of character. Nice furnishings, ornaments and front balcony give it a relaxing vibe. Lovely breakfast with option to eat in your room, or in dining area. The coffee beans and grinder in the room added a nice touch. The beans are roasted by the owner, and the coffee is nice! The owner gave us great recommendations for eating and local attractions. Really enjoyed our stay!

Very kind and welcoming host greeted us on arrival and provided helpful tips on local transport, sites, and where to eat (including a delicious and cosy diner down the road for lunch). Rooms very comfortable and cosy decor. Whilst out of main town, perfect location to reach Seoraksan National Park, just a short walk away from the national park bus route.

Unforgettable stay with a kind host in an amazing location

Beautiful location in rural farmland close to the National park and walking distance to the coast also. Very peaceful and easy access to the city and park via the local bus. Huge quirky room - the guesthouse is run by lovely hosts who also deliver breakfast to your room too.
