Located directly in the pedestrian zone of Söll am Wilden Kaiser, the traditional Hotel Feldwebel has stood for ultimate hospitality for more than 500 years. Free WiFi is offered in the lobby, the suites and most of the rooms. Free wired internet for laptops are offered upon request. The hotel represents the harmonious combination of tradition and modernity, and is renowned for its comfort, coziness, and, above all, its excellent cuisine. The comfortable rooms are furnished in a traditional style; 18 of them have high-speed Internet access. The building was mentioned for the first time in a document in the year 1501. During the Napoleonic Wars a Royal Bavarian sergeant-major (in German: “Feldwebel”) ran the inn for a short time - hence the hotel’s name.

Breakfast was excellent, location was central, facilities at hotel were good Wasn't clear when someone would be at reception if you had any queries. Also not clear in details provided with booking - how access to ski room worked or availability of parking.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The room was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. Maybe tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Our room was comfy and large. Parking was easy. Not enough staff and all far too busy. We were made to feel like we were in the way when we asked for a do. we table. By 9am the breakfast was almost empty with not much left. It’s a great location but not if you want a good nights sleep with the window open. too much noise from people outside kept me awake.

fantastic location!! big comfortable room!! breakfast was ok! great wifi! far too hot!! it seems to be an Austrian thing, had to sleep with window open!! No kettle, again seems to be an Austrian thing! couldn’t get a glass of hot water without having to pay for it!
