Good location, good restaurant, with ski lockers Pillow too soft and not comfortable. Not much choice for breakfast

The Location is very convenient and some people from the staff are friendly. In general the rooms are comfortable The bathroom was dirty and had a very bad smell in all the three rooms we stayed at. While most of the staff were friendly. The blonde lady at the reception and restaurant was always in a bad mood and extremely unpleasant when asked for help.

Nice location The light in the corridor did not work, the receptionist promised to find out how to solve this problem and disappeared, the window had a view of the cemetery, the room did not have the minimum comfort. It is suitable only as a place to spend the night, but it is definitely not worth the money

The family room was very small and unbearable!

Location was excellent for walking or catching the short bus to the gondola. Our room was large and perhaps refurbed and more modern than some others. It was great. There is a lack of communal space, aside from the public restaurant. It would be nice if the breakfast room could be an evening place to hang out or have drinks.

The location was great. The room was clean and the breakfast was decent. The customer service is bad. Staff is rude and inconsiderate. They give impression they have bad habits of exploiting guests. They give different room than the one shown online. I selected a room with sofa, but they did not provide any. No A/C, no fan , it is hot like hell. It seems a good place for winter, but definitely not summer. Staff is unwilling to accommodate for guests needs, and they over charge while under deliver.

At breakfast our 2.5 year old child did not eat much, so we decided to take two bread buns(Semmel) and make sandwiches to take with us, so that our kid may eat later. Next morning during breakfast we were informed by a staff member that taking bread away is not allowed. Family friendly hotel?? I have never encountered this before at another hotel. Sad, as we had a good time until that point,not sure if this is indeed the hotel policy(we did not ask any manager about this, we checked out after that and left) or just a frustrated employee.

It was a bit hard to find a parking lot

Location was great. I worked at the Kufstein Festival and the Hotel was a easy drive. Rooms spacious. Breakfast great. All in all I recommend it All was fine

Clean and a super lokation for hiking. Friendly staff. Cousy city :) The shower was a bath top - so easily water every where. Breakfast was fine bit nothing special.
