We arrived at the property to find it was closed. No advanced notice. We had called the hotel several times to alert them that we would not arrive until after 8, phone message said they were busy helping other customers or had stepped away from the desk. Had to find another hotel at 8:30 on a Friday night.

We were going to have a great time seeing lights with our little one…but sickness struck. I reached out to the property to see if I could switch dates or if there was anything I could do and no one bothered to respond.

The room had a annoying pretty loud noise in the room that required me to wear ear plugs to sleep. Maybe the HVAC system in floor for the floor below my room possibly?

The room was nice n cozy. The restaurant prices were way too high for our food. Food was very nasty. Whoever was the cook needs to be fired and learn how to cook.

The room itself was pleasant. Nice to have a restaurant on site We had several problems while there. The major one of which was the electrical outlets in room. Not only were there not enough but some were damaged. We had to buy an extension cord just to charge our phones. We also were told a lie when they closed the pool in sunday evening 4 hours early. We were given a certificate for later stay but told we couldn't get a refund of any kind bc we booked thru bookimg.com. that will keep us from using booking.com in the future. Were also told we couldn't upgrade our room bc we used booking Com
