Large, clean room, very good breakfast, and helpful staff who seemed to like to work there

Great choice for the area!

Nothing First night my roomed REEKED of cigarette smoke. They told me they had no other rooms and there was nothing they could do. Next night they moved my room. Smelled much better, however, the AC unit didn’t work, my sheets had black hair on them, the shower was gross with mold and the floor of the shower was black. Also there was vomit or rust or something stuck on the doorway. Staff made me feel like I was a bother. Not welcoming and the lady literally was screaming at me about if I was checking out. I told her I was but I was going to put all of my belongings in my car in I would be back in.

This hotel is clean and newer. Our family of 4 stays every year when we visit family and we will be back. The breakfast is good and has several options. The rooms are clean and bathrooms updated, although our toilet ran all night. I like having a larger fridge/freezer and kitchenette, along with a table for 4. The fitness center is nice, I used it all 3 days.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We miss when hotels use to take care of the room daily making sure the coffee was stocked and replenishing towels when needed.

When we arrived at our room, the room had not been cleaned and ready. They apologized and gave us another room.

The cleaning staff needs to check the shower soap more regularly because we were completely out. We brought some and used ours.

The room's kitchen was fully stocked with utensils etc, the provided breakfast had a good variety of options, the staff was great.

Breakfast was upscale. Fresh salsa, souflee, nice sausage. The staff at Breakfast was so nice too. Asked if I needed anything else. Came by and asked how everything was. I saw them ask a couple if they wanted anything before they shut it down even tho it was after 10. Real plates and silverware. Comfortable beds. Nice and soft Pool was clean, not to chlorine smelling. Cute how there were nice windows and the patio right outside.

Excellent personnel running the hotel, very informative. Rooms were very clean with internet access available. Cooking essentials were available. Nice breakfast variety from 6-10am.

It was an amazing stay. We were only there for the night, but it would be great for longer stays due to the kitchen. Everything was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The pool was nice and breakfast was delicious.

All in all good hotel. There was a huge group of a young g boys soccer team that we extremely loud and took over entire pool with little adult supervision. It made it hard for my daughter and I to enjoy the pool but overall good hotel.

Breakfast had many choices but too many of the items were loaded with fat and sugar. For example, they had only fruited yogurt, not plain. Scrambled eggs were very salty.
