Apologetic when my request for hair conditioner dispenser refill and bed cover replacement (due to existing blood stain) was not addressed.

great place and area. High cieling in our room- first floor, spacious rooms, with long countertop with sink and small washing machine. lobby very nice, small but nice

Great stay. Hotel was clean and quiet.

Great place

The only downside to the hotel was its location next to a two track commuter train pulled by a diesel engine. It passed through Porter Square and the tracks were directly next to the hotel. When the trains passed, the noise was intense and the room vibrated. The only good thing was the train didn't run from about midnight to about 5am.

Excellent experience for the price. The location is amazing. Totally recommend.

The room was spacious and clean. The mattress was good. But most of the light switches didn't work. It took forever to get the lights to come on, and then the lighting was really poor quality for reading. For my morning shower, the pressure was low and even though I took a quick shower the hot water ran out. I'm thankful I didn't shampoo my hair, because I wouldn't have had warm water to rinse with. The front desk was courteous and friendly.

Location and price are good. Place is clean and rooms decent size, especially compared to other hotels in the area.

Very quiet area and room.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and air conditioning worked well. Third floor is where the ice machine is, and my room was near that and the elevator. I'm a deep sleeper so that didn't bother me, but if you're a light sleeper, would suggest a different floor.

Stayed here for three nights in mid July. The hotel is in a good location, close to the T and to the Porter Square shopping area. Rooms were clean and of good size and since the building is new, the appliances are modern and appear efficient. Our room had a fairly well stocked kitchen that we didn't use but it would have come handy if our plans were a bit different. We did find an issue with the toilet (it kept running), which we communicated to the staff but it was not addressed by the time we checked out. The rates were a bit high but it was a last minute booking and it is Boston after all, so not unexpected. Probably will stay here again.

Clean room with nespresso coffee machine. Walking distance to Harvard Square and Target supermarket. Secured limited indoor parking available for a fee. Fast wifi.

Reasonably good hotel, not too quiet unfortunately, but okayish. The parking garage would benefit the automation. Other than that, good location and nice rooms.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at this hotel! I was initially thrown off by the location of the property, but as I walked around I could see that it was located next to a few stores and also a rent-a-bike area. The cleanliness of the room was great, the size was great, the bathroom and all it offered was great! It even had a mini dishwasher that completely blew my mind!! The staff was VERY friendly and pleasant to speak to. The pricing was reasonable for the size of the room as well. The only negative I could come up with was that they do not have room service. I believe there is not a kitchen onsite at all. They did have an off-side service area to purchase drinks, some frozen foods, ramen, and a few snacks. (I did not utilize this area, so I cannot comment on the prices.) Housekeeper was very friendly and accommodating with my request as well. All in all i would absolutely stay here again, and if /when I return, this will be my go to place to stay.

Great location! Great staff!

The hotel is nice however for $283/night I expected more. There was no hand soap or body wash in the bottles when I checked in. I had to ask the front desk for someone to refill them. The shower water never got past luke warm. I also found it very odd that there was no trash can in the bathroom. The hotel is directly next to the train tracks. It is extremely loud. Even with blasting white noise I woke up frequently. I don’t think it is worth the price.
