Friendly staff, good sized room with balcony overlooking the pool, walking distance to the ferry terminal, railway station and bus depot. Cafes and shops nearby, all in all it was a very pleasant stay.

Location was great, very walkable into the center of Sorrento. Was lovely and quiet at night. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and the room and facilities were spotless. Breakfast was excellent as well! My mattress was very very firm. I didn’t ask for a topper however so I’m not sure if one would have been available

We had a problem with onward travel during our stay and the staff were extremely helpful in getting us booked in for an additional night and liaising with the ferry companies in Italian for us. The room was a very reasonably sized with a wonderful balcony over looking the green hills. The jacuzzi area was fantastic on the roof, an absolute suntrap and great to take ourselves away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. Bed could have been comfier but was fine.

Amazing place to stay in Sorrento. Very clean and the staff were so friendly. Very central location, easy to get to and from the main city center by foot. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is not very central, but it is in a quiet zone, very close to center town. Very good breakfast

The jacuzzi tub, which was a significant part of the reason I picked this hotel, was like warm.

Their stuff are nice and so friendly The breakfast is good as well The room bed was uncomfortable at all, they used two beds placed side by side, which weren't comfortable. They kept separating throughout the night, and we had to readjust them. The beds were also too short; our legs were sticking out, even though we're not tall. They used beds meant for teenagers' rooms.

Very nice place: convenient location, friendly personnel, tasty breakfasts, clean rooms.

The hotel was very clean, room was big, shower water was hot, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Close walking distance to the center of town. The jacuzzi was empty. We stayed over Easter weekend so it makes sense that the pool would not be usable but would have been great to use the hot tub.

Anna from the front desk was above and beyond helpful. Very knowledgeable and passionate to answer any questions. Rest of the staff were polite, but just did their job. Rooms very clean, although bath towels were very thin and dry (like sand paper). Private parking was excellent. Rooms are on the small side, and no closet space. Luckily it didn’t rain much, otherwise our clothes would be drying next to the bed.

I loved everything about this hotel . If I ever were to visit Sorrento in the future I would definitely booked my stay at Hotel Leone.

The staff was really kind and helpful. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The room and the whole hotel were very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was very delicious. You can even book a boat trip directly through the hotel and they take you and leave you right before the hotel.
