Imperial Hotel Tramontano

Seaview suite had the most breathtaking view, direct beach access and great staff. Definitely a place to revisit.

Excellent hotel, beautiful views, great location, clean, helpful attentive staff

Location is superb and elevator is private that goes straight to the beach (however note that unlike a few years ago, the hotel owners split and so the new elevator you have to walk down or up the ramp and stairs for a solid portion). Breakfast buffet was great. Stayed here a few years ago as well. Property is old and beautiful but the rooms are starting to go downhill slowly. Sheets changed were stained, couches in room are stained , mirrors are peeling/cracked. For 1k a night, shouldn’t be that way.

The balcony was our favorite part of the room! We also loved the private elevator and walk down to the beach clubs. We felt like we were in a castle. The floors could have been cleaned better.

Great views, breakfast, and concierge. The rooms were 2 floors. Upstairs would not cool, requested a fan. This is where the bed and bathroom are located. The bathroom had no ventilation. Day 1, the 3rd person bed was not prepared or set up. We paid extra for this accommodation. Cleaning service did not replace toilet tissue or shampoo/conditioner items unless requested. Beach lift was broken one day which made the walk to the port and beach club much more difficult. We stayed at 4 different locations while in Italy. This was the most expensive and we ranked this hotel as our least favorite.

Amazing location! 3 minutes walk from piazza Tasso and 5 minutes walk to all the ferries because of the elevator to the beach. We had a splendid time, can’t wait to go back ??? The elevator to the beach can be opened a little later instead of until 19:00 ??

Location and amenities are perfect The services a bit slow to get coffee in the morning, I wish breakfast menu are switch up but overall good experience

10/10! The property was wonderful with such an Italian charm. Felt like we went back in time. The breakfast was great, the location was PERFECT, so close to the Marina & the fishing village and across street from all shopping and restaurants, the pool was wonderful and we used it every day. Only complaint is that I wish it was open later than 6 p.m. The room and bathroom was very small but the view was fantastic so can't complain. We will definitely stay here again! P.S, the bartender on property makes a DELICIIOUS creamy expresso martini! N/A!

I would ? recommend. I wish the pool was open past 5pm.

The location was everything! Hotel itself was very beautiful. Breakfast in the morning with a view! Staff were very friendly and our balcony was beautiful.

I booked this months before traveling and when I arrived I thought - this can't be what I booked - it's too nice! The hotel is beautiful and has beautiful grounds around it. A bit of an oasis. I guess I decided to splurge when I booked! The lobby is lovely and the bar is absolutely beautiful, with an amazing terrace for cocktails. The staff was wonderful. Perfect location. We had a pool view room which was lovely. The shower was leaky and it was hard not getting the floor wet. The bedroom floor itself wasn't very clean.

This is a fantastic location, and the front garden is beautiful! As other reviewers mention, there is almost no soundproofing. People in the hall woke me up at night, and in the bathroom, I could hear entire conversations next door. The staff was warm and helpful. I would stay here again but bring your earplugs. Breakfast is pretty good, especially as you sit facing the Bay of Naples. Noise from other guests.

The views were breathtaking! Location was close to restaurants and main piazza.

Great location. View was lovely from the dinning room. Pool staff were great and friendly. The room was bare bones. Nothing special. We never got replacement of the vanity kits even though we used them up within our first 2 days. Also we had 3 people per the booking so they were aware and yet only got 2 vanity kits at first arrival. We stayed for a week. No coffee machine in the room and they said we couldn’t use the bar fridge for our own items.

The location is amazing, also the breakfast. The staff in front desk are really nice. The staff to help you with the bags were kind of rude
