Location is perfect. 20 mins walk to sorrento and 5 mins to marinella beach which has stunning views and a beach club. Quiet and relaxing, staff are friendly and very helpful for everything you need. Pool is beautiful and maintained well. Stunning roof top terrace with amazing views of Vesuvius and the mountains surrounding Sant agnello. Train is 17 mins walk if you are travelling from Naples. Shuttle service with hotel from 6-11 from hotel to sorrento and back is excellent. Small bathroom space, needs a shelf for toiletries. Sewage smell at times in room as well as by the pool. Breakfast could be improved slightly.

The location was perfect, walking distance to downtown. The neighborhood was quiet, which was nice. Perfect place for out stay!

The Staff was very helpful and great!! The shower swege was blocked while showering no ventilation and there were ants everywhere in the room, breakfast was just mostly varieties of cake …

Location was great. The maids kept the rooms very clean. We booked two rooms. One Bedroom on ground floor overlooked next doors car park and bin area. The second bedrooms tiny window looked directly onto a fence about 1m away. Breakfast was in the basement, no alfresco dining . Roof terrace cushions were dirty, seating needs to be renewed. Ground floor rooms were very noisy in the mornings, with all the comings and goings. Very small pool/sun terrace area and only a few sun beds.

Lovely, clean small hotel. Nice leisure area on the roof. Wonderful management and staff - always in attendance and obliging. Great breakfast. Quiet room. I don't think the restaurant was open in the evenings when we were there.

A friendly welcome when we arrived. Strongly recommend do not get a room on ground floor. We left a day early. There was a water leak in other room, out of the hotel control but it was how they handled it. They didn’t worn us about a very loud machine to drain up till 11.30 at night or didn’t offer another room. Cleaning ladies every morning were very loud. We had ants and it took 3 times for toilet to flush. Dogs allowed at breakfast. Bottom line, this hotel needs a face lift.

shuttle service into the centre of sorrento is very helpful and a nice surprise. pool area is lovely. shower is poor, very low pressure. beds uncomfortable and air con was just about bearable. nearly asked to move rooms but we got the room just about cool after a couple of yours. very noisey, maids were banging in rooms in the hallway from 7am and you can hear everything. also very noisey after hours, we were on the ground floor just down from reception and they obviously didnt care about all other rooms on that floor being loud after midnight. breakfast was so poor. worst we’ve ever had in a hotel. we skipped it 2/4 days as it wasn’t even worth going for.

Very rough around the edges. Our door got stuck, we were stuck in our room briefly. The bed was two twin beds dressed separately and pressed together and not zipped up in the middle even though it could have been. Balcony didn't have a screen to stop bugs
