Perfect lication, helpful staff Nothing to dislike

The location was exceptional and Salvatore and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Not really a negative, but the room and amenities were pretty basic.

This was a great place! The location perfect in Sorrento. The room was airconditioned which was awesome. It has beautiful artwork along the walls which just makes it so cool. Salvatore was so very helpful. I was able to store my luggage both before and after checkout times so I could continue to explore the area and not drag it around. Also, there was a mud slide in Positano, so I was having to find another place to stay for three nights. Unfortunately, this one was booked, but Salvatore kept me posted on the Positano situation and was just so helpful overall, I truly appreciated it. nothing to input here.

The place was beautiful, and the location was great! It is right at the San Antonio Plaza. Were able to walk everywhere, and take excursions from within walking distance. Close to large selection of restaurants and shops. They made reservation for our transportation to our next stop, which worked out very nicely. It was advertised as including breakfast - our little refrigerator had yogurt, water, and a couple of juices; and coffee pot; Everything used was replaced every day. Every evening a gift bag with snacks was left for each of the rooms. Not my kind of breakfast, but enough to get you going. The bed mattress was very firm,.

The location is perfect. The room is nice and cozy.

A bit of sewer smell but it disappered when we switched on the ventilator in the bathroom.

Location on the main square is optimal. We were there out of season, but our room was very quiet with very little street noise. The room was spotlessly clean. Salvatore, our host, was very helpful with restaurant and tour recommendations and a train timetable. Nothing

Location absolutely ? Excellent facility however, for those who like a firm bed mattress might not be best option.

Great location. Easy and friendly check in. Rooms were a decent size and bathroom was good with a good sized shower that worked well. The housekeeper was very good. The staircase was not well lit. The breakfast was not really a breakfast but a selection of prepackaged highly processed items. Vending machine items….

Central location. It’s right by the plaza overlooking the center. Easy communication and clear direction to get into the room. It’s a very small room.

This hotel is a tasteful treasure! The location right on piazza Tasso cannot be beat. We watched the lighting of the christmas tree in the square from the elegant hotel lounge! The room was large, bathroom modern and staff friendly! The smell of the fresh espresso and baked good each morning was mouth-watering. This was the ideal hotel so there was absolutely nothing I did not like about it.

Excellent location host was extremely helpful

The guest house was very centrally located, and the ower was helpful and nice. Our room was spacious with classic elegant interior and comfortable bed. We stayed only one night off season, and so it was nice and quiet. We had a great stay here.

Proximity to the main square and shopping street and close to the bus and train station. No breakfast

The location is excellent and the lounge is beautiful. We were able to leave our luggage after checkout and because it was raining we spent part of our day resting in the lounge. This was very welcome. The directions say, "we are right at the top of the stairs" but don't mention that there are about 200 stairs. The directions should include directions to the elevator as well. We didn't meet any staff but one communication did mention not feeling well. Some of the other guests came in drunk and noisy late at night. Not the fault of the hotel, but it disturbed us.
