Beautifully designed and had everything needed for a pleasant stay Nothing

The elevator was out of commission the day we left. That meant we took our bags down the night before which was not optimal or carried them down four flights of stairs.

Perfect location in town for walking to activities, restaurants and meeting points for tours and ferries. Staff were excellent in recommending restaurants and gelato locations!

Clean, new, on Main Street . Some noise but quiets down Nothing

Beautiful, clean and great location. Between the train and the ferries made everything very accessible. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved people watching on the balcony and overall vibe of the location. A little loud outside at times.

Location was perfect . Rooms have been updated 2026 so everything was modern The pillows ..sounds petty but they were so hard that I work multiple times with backache. Others in my party agreed

Parking was far, but that gets sorted out the first night and then you don't need your car at all! Be sure you know where the exact location is, as it is a little challenging the first time and then so easy and great!

The location was super convenient and close to everything. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. I did not like the staff and lift not being available after 11pm. Also, the hotel could have been a little cleaner as there was mold in the shower.

Good location, friendly staff, dyson hairdryer

The room is on 4th floor, and the elevator only works during the daytime, 8am-10pm. I checked out at 7am and had to carry my heavy luggage over stairs; no elevator operating. In addition, the refrigerator in the room was out of order, and it was not fixed until I checked out.

Everything! Amazingly friendly and helpful staff! Bright and airy room with balcony overlooking the busy shopping street but soundproofed so well it was absolutely quiet. Room perfectly clean with comfortable beds, also coffee machine, kettle and small refrigerator with bottled water. Under 15 minutes walk to ferry port, train station, and Marina Grande. Shopping and great dining just steps away! But my personal biggest thrill was discovering a Dyson hairdryer!! That, combined with the yummy orange blossom shampoo left my hair looking its best! Would return in a heartbeat if we traveled to the Sorrento area again! Photos are of our balcony view. Nothing! It was perfect!

Beds were hard and uncomfortable but pillows and bedding nice.

Breakfast, we didn’t like. Generally, there was very limited choice. Another case, one day we went at 09:30am, waiter’s attitude was very rude and weird.
