Hotel Conca Park

We loved our stay at Conca Park. The hotel staff were super friendly and willing to help in any way. The location was great. We walked to town every night for dinner and shopping. We loved the pool, stunning gardens and wonderful complimentary breakfast buffet. The only complaint we have is that the pool and ping pong area closed at 6:30 every night. We had booked activities during the day so would have enjoyed swimming in the pool later in the evening.

Clean, it’s central, has a gym and great breakfast! It was quite expensive compared with others in the area, I understand there is a premium but it was way above what I’d expect to pay. My friend got married and used the 007 suite to get ready in and the AC didn’t work well which, considering it’s floor to ceiling glass windows, really made getting ready there quite uncomfortable which was a shame for both the bride and bridal party. I only hope she gets compensated for that!

There are truly no words to describe how beautiful this hotel is. The view from our room was absolutely spectacular, and every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. My husband and I traveled with our two children, ages 7 and 10, and used this hotel as our home base while exploring the Amalfi Coast. It was the perfect choice: clean, comfortable, family-friendly, and ideally located. The property is impeccably maintained, with stunning landscaping, beautifully manicured grounds, and charming lemon trees throughout that make the setting feel like a dream. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Corso Italia, a vibrant street lined with shops and restaurants that leads directly to the main square. We only needed transportation to and from the airport; everything else was easily accessible on foot. Even the marina was just a pleasant 15–20 minute walk away, and the scenery along the way made the distance seem to fly by. The pool area was wonderful, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to help truly set this hotel apart. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you're planning a trip to Sorrento, this hotel is an absolute must. Everything about our experience was a 10/10, and we would gladly stay here again.

The room and the view were AMAZING! It was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the pool as well. The room was hot. It was cooler on the deck than indoors during the day. Additionally, our room phone only worked intermittently. The housekeeping staff forgot to restock toiletries and coffee one day of our stay.

I was charged for food and beverages I never ordered. Unfortunately I was in a rush to catch the ferry to Naples and didn’t closely check the final bill.

The location was great. The space is great too. Breakfast options weren’t great. The buffet dinner had very limited options so we opted out of that.

Everything was beautiful! We had a beautiful adjoining room setup with two bathrooms for our family of 4. The breakfast and property aesthetics were beautiful and the art gallery entry was a fun and interesting way to enter the property!

The hotel was centrally located and very clean. The rooms were clean too and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast options were good for both veg and non veg.

Our whole family loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our rooms (and the entire hotel) were very clean. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING - huge, with tons of variety and an amazing selection of pastries (which we all enjoyed!). The breakfast room also has beautiful views of Mt. Vesuvius, and the servers/manager there were all wonderful. We also loved how spacious the hotel was. It has many lovely areas to explore or sit and enjoy, both inside and outside. The location was perfect - quiet, yet an easy/short walk to the main city centre of Sorrento. We would highly highly recommend this hotel! Nothing - our stay was wonderful!

Amazing view from our room and breakfast area. The breakfast and coffee every morning had a large spread. The location was not too far from the train station and easily walkable into town. We did not use the pool area but imagine it would be very nice when the weather warms up. Nothing!

The Staff is really nice. We also got a lovely welcome gift (reusable water bottle), which I really appreciated, as they care about the environment It's really good and comfortable to have parking in the hotel for those who travel by car. Also the Hotel is really well designed with a lots of cozy seating areas

I rarely write negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was truly disappointing. Here are the key issues we faced: • No Change of Sheets or Towels: During our entire stay, the hotel staff did not change the bed sheets or towels even once. This is unacceptable for any hotel, especially considering the price we paid. • Lack of Basic Amenities: There were no dental kits provided in the room. We had to go out and buy our own, which is not what we expect from a hotel of this category. • Poorly Managed Boat Trip: The hotel booked us a boat trip, which they described as either fully confirmed or fully canceled. However, halfway through the trip, the second half was suddenly canceled. We received no refund from the tour company. • No Prior Warning: The hotel never informed us that such partial cancellations could happen. Since they booked the trip for us, we expected at least a heads-up or some form of responsibility when things went wrong but they didn’t offer any help or compensation.
