Great Location in the middle of Sorrento! Easy access to all the restaurants, shopping and only a 20 min walk to the beach (would highly recommend Peter’s Beach Club!) The staff were so friendly and VERY accommodating & helpful from the front desk staff (the manager was so hands on and would make sure we were taken care of) to Rosie at the Roof Top Bar (which was so cute & relaxing btw after a long day at the beach) to the chef at breakfast! I cannot wait to come back to Sorrento and will definitely stay at Hotel Sorrento City! Thank you!!! Nothing! Exceptional boutique hotel!

Beautiful roof top bar. Reminds I’m was clean and spacious. Conveniently located to restaurants and shops. Delicious breakfast was included.

This is a beautiful clean hotel. We were greeted with smiles and kindness from the reception staff. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean modern and bright. Double glaze windows cut out the street noise. Bed was very comfortable. Shower had great pressure and hot water. Air conditioning worked well. The location was next to a supermarket and walking distance to port and the shops. The roof top bar was a bonus. The breakfast had a great selection and staff very friendly. Location was central and convenient to shops and restaurants. Conveniently, there was a supermarket next door. The room was a good size with a small balcony overlooking the main street. Breakfast was satisfactory. Nice roof top terrace with a bar. Potentially dangerous staircase with no handrails. Fortunately an elevator was available.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the roof top bar although we did wish it would have been open a earlier in the afternoon to enjoy the sunshine! The room was small but comfortable for two people. It was fairly soundproof despite being on a busy street. The hotel is in an excellent location with a short walk from the train station and central in Sorrento.

Rosie on the cleaning staff was outstanding and very cheerful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Location was excellent. Right in the middle of everything. Clean comfortable rooms and beds. Couldn't have been better.
